Brought in our laptop for repairs, I spoke with Jon, and he was very knowledgeable and had the computer back up and running within 2 days. I would recommend totally covered computers and have already done so to my friends and family.

Don’t go there. He asked 1TB SSD as over $250 and labor fee and download new window is $250. So total price was $500 to repair. It was just setting up new SSD driver and window system. It was non sense price. After I came back to NJ, I bought my own SSD which is $90 for 2TB, and paid $50 to repair. And found out my another drive got erased completely. It had all my 3D work back up files. Who wants to pay $500 for it?

pretty 5 star experience id say so myself. you are given constant updates on how your hardware is doing, they provide answers to questions aside from your own hardware, *even willing to build a computer(s) for you whether it's a low or high end one* and the staff is very friendly and trustworthy. they have earned a customer.

Had an awesome experience. Wasn't expecting to find such a place in small town Live Oak, they were really professional and easy to talk to. They also explained things really well and easy to understand.

Carefull who u take your computer to in this town. They are very professional and courteous. But check your prices from what u can buy the parts online at your own cost. They will mark up a part that u can buy yourself for 200 and demand u pay 325. And another part that cost online that's 125 and demand u pay 225. He marks up all his computer parts. Then when u call him out on it. Says we don't wanna do business with u.Do your own research before u take here. Could have built a 2nd computer on his marked up hardware device prices. And still wanted 300 for labor installation after of about 500 dollars worth of marked up prices.
