The FEMA tree cutting crews are definitely milking the job. It is hard to believe it has been almost 5 months since the storm and they are still cutting trees. The same crews have come down my street 5 different times pretending to work. The tree cutting crews cut several large trees on my property that should not have been cut. This is definitely abuse of taxpayer funds.

Can't thank everyone enough that was involved in the post hurricane clean up and power restoration. We were told plan to be without electricity for two weeks or possibly longer and eight days later, our power was back on. Thank all of you for all of your hard work and for getting the job done safely and efficiently

Being impacted from Hurricane Idalia, I can't thank SVEC enough for restoring my electricity much quicker than I expected (5 days). Based on the extensive damage to lines and poles in my area. I appreciated the continual updates about the status of your efforts to get the lights back on. Thanks again.

Suwannee Valley, electric Is absolutely terrible. We have been out of electric since the storm. Everybody in the neighborhood for the past week has had electricity bill powerlines are down in our yard. We have called him multiple times to come out and fix their line. They have wrote us twice saying it was fixed and we had electricity and it’s still laying on the ground. I had to disable children that can’t even Go to school and disrupting their education. We are struggling and living in inhumane circumstances because they are too lazy to come out and fix their lawn and they need her. But they are still continuing to take money out of my account, saying that we are using power where our lines are completely disconnected

We live in Mcalpin fl, suwannee valley electric coop got our power restored today from the hurricane. 3 days! It took duke energy 7 days to get our power on after hurricane Irma. Irma was way less damage. Thanks S.V.E.C. you did a super job?

It is now a week with no power. No contact at all from anyone. My neighbor has a relative that works there & stupid me thinking that would help. This is the worst customer service & restoration I have been through. If I can rate a negative I would. WHEN IS SOMEONE COMING!!?

They restored power to my entire neighborhood but my house. They claim they'll have dispatch send someone out but that's a lie since no one has showed up yet

Worst electric provider I have ever had in my life. I am 71 years old so I have had a few in my lifetime. Power continually goes out for no reason on perfectly nice calm days. No explanation and you can't get a hold of them anyway. God where is FPL whe you need them!?

There’s absolutely no reason why my bill should be as high as it is. This company claims to be a “not for profit” company but they are anything but. Somebody somewhere is getting a fat check. Last year in June my bill was $234 and we used 2646 kWh this year in June it was over $300 and we’ve used only 1963 kWh. I’d like someone to explain to me how that makes any sense. We use less electricity this year yet my bill has increased by $100. Again this company will price gouge you to death. This review will stay up until I get an answer.

donate money but the office is closed today at 12:00 noon on a Friday so if you going to freeze the death this weekend it's Suwannee Valley's Electric's fault we were going to help six people by donating

This company fails to put staking info in writing. Plus they fail to keep track of their easements. Bad customer service.
