“It was a pleasure doing business with the Live Oak branch. Amanda Ulbrich helped us get an urgent transfer completed on the spot even though we were not members of the bank. After taking our paperwork to the Post Office for a overnight package, we returned to the bank and met Roger who signed us up as members.
We were very pleased with the service we were given in our time of need. Other banks in town refused to help us.

In particular, I want to thank Wendy Dickinson for walking through account opening with my mother and I. We took a minute, and we had waited for a few minutes to get to see her.
