My husband and I were trying to get a washer and dryer without opening a credit card so he went online and ordered through Aaron's in Live Oak. A few days later he gets a call from the store saying "hey we see you applied for credit you have a $600 limit." My husband said, "no, I ordered a washer and dryer and it was approved." We had set up automatic payments and everything. The guy finally found the order and told him he had to order it. He stated, "it will be here Thursday and we will give you a call to schedule delivery for Friday or Monday, based on how many deliveries they currently had for the week." It is now Monday and we still haven't heard a word from anyone. Husband called and cancelled the order and we went ahead and got one from Lowes. I work in retail and this is VERY BAD BUSINESS!! We won't be trying Aaron's again! As a district Manager in my field, reliability as a company goes a long way! If it didn't come in, all they had to do is call and explain that, but not calling or anything just puts a bad taste in one's mouth! Got the same set at Lowes for $1300 cheaper anyways.

I am still paying on a 70 inch flat screen t.v that they are supposed to fix! Its still on service and they cant ever tell me whats going on but they will call you for a payment!!!! Zero stars. Customer service sucks!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars i would. I Went in to purchase a ps4 and was told they had a used one. No issue got it all set up and paid for. When I got home less than an hour later and hooked up the Playstation and it didn't even work. Called and informed the employee and he said to bring it back up and he would try to find out whats wrong. When we got up there the employee tried saying the Playstation had been tampered with and that the only thing that could be done was to send it out for service but that wouldn't be for 2 weeks considering the holiday next week. I didn't want to do that because by the time I would have received the item back it would've been time for my next months payment. I decided that I just wanted a refund. I've called cooperate and I am waiting to hear back.

Been dealing with this Aaron's for a couple of years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this store. Always helpful. Never have any attitude with employees. They legit are ready to help you out. I love this store and the management and employees that work here. Hands down the best Aaron's I have dealt with between Valdosta GA and lake city FL.

Okay again, I've tried to correspond via email about a situation where my card number was given over the phone for payment and I was put on easy pay which was great but come to find out my card wasn't ran until the store wanted to run it then no funds available. The funds were available at the time of call and if there was a problem nothing was said and I know there wasn't. Now they're constantly calling my ex and she is out of state with her family. And now y'all are going to her last known address. You need to stop. In the email it was stated where I am at right now and I will rectify everything when I return. The harassing that house will stop. Neither of us are living there. So I am going to ask nicely one more time. If I get another email from the resident of the home about y'all showing up there I will not be to happy nor nice when I return. And also again my bank card was compromised right after that so I don't know what has been going on in the store or whatever. I was lied to the day I got my items. I was told that I could add on any item at anytime.

My fiance and I have some items with Aaron's. My fiance had to have a testing done due to the fact for surgery coming up and that's why we have that protection plan. Unfortunately the testing was not cheap but necessary that's why we have the protection plan. Called to see what could be done haven't been late on payments at all. Was told that when the surgery happens to bring in documentation and then it will be set up. I can do so not a problem. Just wanted to see if I could pay on the 21st so there wouldn't be no gaps due to surgery.

I will never go back to this place !!! I sat on hold for over 20 minutes ! Very rude manager Carl ! I put in an order for a lift chair for my dad , they ordered the chair from the Perry Florida store . I was promised it would be delivered with in that week it was not . It took 2 weeks for the chair to get to the store . I had to go get it and bring it home. The cord got messed up I called about a new cord a week before Thanksgiving still nothing . !
