These guys are the best. They rescued my family, and I off the side of the freeway. Ordered parts, and worked on my vehicle all through the night to get me back on the road. Absolutely trustworthy, as my trailer with my whole family's belongings were parked for hours while I waited in Walmart for them to finish the job. Very reasonably priced. Outstanding customer service. Hardworking good dudes.

My brother Dale Graham and his co-worker colleague Gavin help me out today truck driver stranded needed a tire he got me going let me come by his shop by a tire for $120 bucks and he helped me put it on no service call of $300 that he could have charged me instead he helped me out thanks Dale from Inez family Trucking

I wouldn't take my bicycle to this place for repair! I had a steel brake line that needed repair and drove my car 15 min to there with little to no brakes. I had a 4 pm appointment and when I got there no one was there so I called Dale to see how long I would be waiting and very loudly he said, I'M BUSY WITH A UHAUL AND WILL CALL MY MECHANIC, HE WILL BE THERE SOON, CLICK, so a few minutes later a boy pulls in with his 2- or 3-year-old kid and said I'll be with you in a min I got to take my daughter to the bathroom so I went back to my car, after a few min he came back out and put his daughter in his truck and the came to look at my car, I showed him where it was, you couldn't see it as the plastic skid plate was in the way, so about that time, 4:25 pm, another kid pulls in, (looking buzzed) , they moved a few things out the way to get my car into the garage, so in no hurry they finally get my car on the lift and while removing the 8 nuts to remove the skid plate 1 nut had rust so I told him just turn the skid plate to the side, NO, he just had to strip the head of the nut, ( a little PB Blaster might have helped) so he finally listened and turned the skid plate to the side and, BAM, that simple, so the steel brake line had 1 bad spot and the rest of the line looked like new, so I say that's an easy splice, so after they stumbled around the garage a few min the one kid came over with a piece of hose and was going to cut the steel brake line and slip the hose over and use hose clamps, LOL, ( Jill posted a good reply a month ago praising how they custom made and fixed her brake line, god I hope she's still alive) So, I said that will never work, good lord it's a piece of vacuum hose, LOL, I told them to splice it with a piece of 1 foot steel line and they said we don't have a flange tool (How did they custom rig Jill's ???) so I said I have one and I would go get it for them to use and also offered to pick up any parts, three times I offered and was ignored, so after wasting over an hour of my time there while my wife was waiting in our truck, I told them I will stop back in an hour or 2, so the wife and I left and, NOT ONE MINUTE LATER, out the road I get a call from the mechanic and he says he wants to replace the line from the master cylinder to the rear and I said give me an estimate as I was not going to pay hundreds of dollars when a simple splice could be done, he said he will look it up online and needs to go by the book cost and I said ok. So, by this time I'm thinking he's probably looking on y tube on how to do this, LOL, as neither has a clue what they are doing, so the wife and I did a few errands about a half hour and stopped back at A1 and the car was sitting outside, and the kid tells me that he can't find the parts and it's probably a dealer item, so now I'm forced to drive my car back with little to no brakes, so on the way back home I stop at the local parts place and, BAM, 5 minutes there they had everything I needed, bad thing is I took my car to A1 because of health problems and can hardly do repairs anymore, needless to say, I will never refer anyone or return to A1 towing and auto repair, and if anyone uses them, get an estimate or be sure to inspect the repair before you leave, or, my advice, go elsewhere.

Got stuck with shifting issues.
They were quick to send a tow truck, bring it to their shop and had the problem fixed by the next afternoon.

I went to these guys after my truck broke down and what was originally thought to be a bad fuel pump turned out to be a bad engine computer.
They were extremely kind, thoughtful, and understanding. Even though it took them all day to diagnose this really freak issue, they found it after giving me their total attention.
While ultimately the truck was dead and beyond what I could afford to repair they still worked things out for me. I will always appreciate them for helping me In a time of need.
They are truly a group of passionate and compassionate people who you should seriously consider over other big mechanic shops.

This Towing company goes above and beyond. I wish I could give them 10 stars. My SUVs breaks failed on me (bolts came lose and break line burst). I exited the highway luckily safely was at 11pm (so were little to no cars) and was able to downshift and coast/roll into a gas station where I then had to jar the vehicle into park. Being a woman, driving alone, and far from home, I felt uneasy with the whole situation and didn't want to wait hours for AAA. I googled tow services next and they popped up as 24hrs and low and behold I called them and they were actually filling up at the station next to me. They came immediately to my aid and even dropped me off at a local nearby hotel for the night while they towed my SUV to their shop. Dale is absolutely amazing at customer service, politeness, and making a woman in a vulnerable and scared situation feel at ease. They got the breaks repaired and even custom made a new break line for me. He had his father come pick me up from the hotel next day when it was ready and I was well back on my way by the afternoon. Very kind and attentive business, you won't go wrong calling them in a time of need and ask for Dale.

I'm permanently disabled with service animals and I desperately needed help moving my first camper When other people were showing up and could not handle hooking up.This gentleman knew immediately from the pictures knew what he needed so the showed up hooked up with in minutes and had me to my birthday paradise . I will give him the nickname Tarzan because he climbed a tree to get my camper out of the craziest spot and backing it all the way.Wonderful transport great driving skills and professional both him and the gentleman helping

I broke down with engine troubles on the way to Jacksonville Beach about 20 miles from Live Oak and I had no idea who to call. Lucky for us we found A1 and he was able to come get my vehicle and take it to his shop. We rented a car and continued to our destination which was about 90 mins away. He had it diagnosed that day and even stayed up late to fix it so we didn’t have to keep paying for the rental car. I am a mechanic myself and I can vouch that the price for tow and fix was very reasonable. Customer service was beyond what was expected. You just don’t find mechanics like this everyday, much less when you break down in an unfamiliar area. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest mechanic with exceptional customer service.

Very courteous and got the car hooked up quickly once they arrived. Easy pay options, reasonably priced local tow, and pleasant to deal with. Got my daughter and I home and off the side of the road late at night. Will definitely use again if needed.

Our car broke down driving from Florida to Tennessee, at 7 on a Saturday morning. We didn't know the area and honestly didn't know what to do, assuming most repair places would be closed. A1 Towing picked up our car (and all four of us!), diagnosed and fixed the problem, and we were back on the road in 3 hours. They even drove us to a great spot for breakfast while we waited. They were friendly, fast and the price was very reasonable. We are so grateful for this crew and the kindness they showed us!
