“I’ve been coming consistently 3-5x/week for about a month after not really doing any intentional exercise beyond yoga for probably years. The team and community at this studio have been so welcoming and encouraging. I’ve never once felt intimidated or judged, even when taking classes with instructors and PB veterans participating, which was often an obstacle that prevented me from taking group exercise classes in the past. The classes are challenging and they stay challenging even if you’ve been at it for years, but in just a month I’m already noticing a significant shift in my stamina and strength — and it’s become a major mental health boost for me first thing in the morning, so much so that I’m even waking up to go to early weekend classes by choice. Studio is clean, staff are kind/helpful/responsive, booking classes is super easy with the app, and the instructors are amazing — even when the class is on the full side — about corrections/adjustments so you keep proper form and prevent injuries. I’m loving it so far and kicking myself for not trying it sooner.”
