Had to rate and comment about the patience and kindness I witnessed today from Marcos. He was working alone around lunchtime and the line was out the door with customers. Marcos kindly took time to help each person and never became annoyed or snippy when he had to repackaged their items/answer their questions/ help find the right info on their phones ( for Amazon returns). In a world full of impatience, it was so nice to witness the helpfulness and kindness of this young man. Awesome job, Marcos! People do notice great service.

Worst customer service off all time. Woman who runs this store has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. I would drive an hour to avoid this store at all cost. Your bad mood has nothing to do with paying customers. Horrible. Less than one star. Take your bad mood and leave it at home.

I went in 3 mins after closing but the door was open so i went in. Young employee named bryce was serving two other customers. Right away he stated in very rude tone "we are closed" as soon as i put my step in the door. I had a very heavy piece of box to return which i had to carry with help of my wife till the door. So i requested him that if i can just leave the box here on the side (in the store) and i will come back first thing in the morning to do the transaction and he straight away said no and stated giving me lecture about policy and bull*** (again extremely being rude). I have been coming here since past few years but last two times has been horrible customer service. Please hire someone who knows the meaning of respect and knows atleast basics of customer service, not someone who is looking at the clock and waiting his shift to end. I also have businesses and 100% of my staff is high school kids but this guy had a different level of attitude, completely disrespectful and rude to us twice his age.
PS - I know i was past the closing time but i was returning an amazon item at their self serve koisk station where i didn't even wanted his help. Scan and go. If he would have just talked in a professional and friendly manner there was no point writing this review.

The store is very convenient. Most of all the people that work there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They move a lot.

This place used to be decent. Appears that no machines (printer, computer) are ever working. The staff has turned into USPS employees with the unprofessionalism. Manager (with a line of 4 people) decides that now is the time to have a one on one performance discussion with an employee complaining about trash and expectations etc. The rap music is also annoying. Owner may want to step in.

I own a business and ship packages everyday. The whole team is fantastic especially Patti. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

I have worked here as an assosiate for 8 months and I would not suggest this job to ANYONE. I have recieved multiple threats and was mocked for showing that I felt unsafe. I will say, Dusty Robertson, the manager at the store on Lithia Pinecrest was VERY VERY helpful and has always been helpful. My latest threat was from a man who lost a package containing money, which was shipped by the manager of The UPS Store on 805 E Bloomingdale ave when we are told specifically not to ship packages containing money. The man threatened me saying that I stole the package and said, "I will see you tommorow." I have a background that makes me take threats VERY seriously, which I have explained to multiple managers. I took this threat seriously and ended locking down the store with the managers approval. I was then mocked for requesting to take the next day off for my saftey. Dusty was the only one who was actually there for me and transfered me to a different store. I was fine with this even though I had worked myself up to a lead position at the previous store and was often reffered to as "One of our best assosiates". I had a good relationship with Maryanne and Brenda, both managers, and even wanted to work my way up in the franchise. I lost that desire to become a manager at some point as I realised that they didnt actually have their assosiates in their best interest. The way they treated me was very surprising because we were told daily to try and sell stamps and hand out review tickets which I had done the most of and was praised for it. They are so set on getting "good" reviews and up-selling customers to the point your interactions with customers doesnt even feel human. When I realised how awful this franchise was, I put in my two weeks notice and thats when EVERYTHING went downhill. The day I put in my two weeks, I felt better than ever and actually had human conversations with customers as I wasnt worried about up-selling and trying to get the approval of my managers. However, I was treated COMPLETLEY differently from multiple coworkers, mainly the managers, but also some assosiates, even the ones I considered my "friends". It seemed like they were making me do all the stores work while they did the bare minimum. Im naturally a hard worker so I really didnt mind this, I found it funny. They would try so hard to make me miserable and were obviously upset that it wasnt working. One of the assosiates even asked me, "How is life?" And I responded, "It's better than ever." Which clearly upset her as she went to the back and left me to help a line of customers going out the door. The same assosiate would later nit pick and alter my words to try and get me fired or "let go" as I was today. Overall I would give my experience as an assosiate at the store a zero star rating, but Dusty truly did care about how I felt and out of respect for him I'll give it a two star rating. Also I overheard the manager of the store on 805 E Bloomingdale Ave and the area manager Mary talking about how some other manager, Jodi, gets reviews taken down so if you have left a review, be sure to check if its been removed. That just shows how corrupt this franchise really is.

Was expecting for this place to be a one-stop location for my needs, but disappointed that there wasn't any Notary available at the store, as it is advertised.

My experience at this store has been 50/50 - some of the guys who work here are personable and yet, Mary Ann wants you to know that she is the trainer (told me this multiple visits) - and the upcharge is astonishing. My SELF SERVE copies now get a “Full Service” charge of $2.00 per page on top of the .50 for the 11 x 17. When I question it, she says again “I’m the trainer, I’m here to show everyone how to do it right” I live in Fishhawk and I will go out of my way to avoid this store. Also, be careful when shipping out of this store, 2 previous warranty returns have shown up to their destination as empty boxes. Be super careful shipping and be aware of these crazy upcharges.

They lost my package that I dropped off and told me to call the claims department because they must’ve mishandled the label…Never coming back to this ups store, since it seems that they don’t care about their customer.What’s the point of having a drop box if you don’t intend on scanning the label….7 years of shipping ?♂️ first time hearing these type of excuses. The only lady whom was the manager resolved nothing, if not only encouraged me to never come back.
