Gary was so nice the way he spoke and explained things. They found the problem and had it fixed within 24 hours. Fixed, fixed. Like, the problem is actually gone.. upon pickup they were again so kind to my son and I. I obviously never want car issues, but I’ll be happy to bring our vehicles here for everything here on out.

“Tom and his staff turned an unpleasant event and day into a pleasant experience and a returning customer. I was driving home from work and got a piece of metal lodged in my front tire. I initially thought of trying to make it back to Tampa but thought otherwise and stopped at the closest tire place could find - Tire Choice Auto Service Center on SR 60.
I walked in and Tom immediately greeted me and informed me that there would be a slight wait as he only had one technician. My expectations were set for a long uncomfortable and costly wait. Tom made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated on the status of my tire. He could have easily told me that I needed a new tire instead of a patch, but he was an honest manager.
Tom is very easy to converse with and the wait passed quicker than I thought. I drove 100 miles so far on the patched tire with no issue.
Highly recommend and I will be returning for any other issues!”

“Took my car in to get new inner/outer tie rods, front lower control arms installed and an alignment. They got it done quickly and without issue. Ive been working on my own cars for 20 years but the above mentioned work was not something I wanted to do on the ground. The price was reasonable and I didnt feel taken advantage of. “If I could give 10 stars, I would! Last week, I was concluding a work trip in Brandon. I was driving back home (60 miles away) when I heard a very scary noise... the dust shield (undercarriage) was dragging on the ground, hanging on by one screw. Also had a windshield wiper that flew competely off and a friend put it back on.. but it was BACKWARDS. I pulled into the shop without an appointment and in sheer panic, close to tears. Ryan took care of these issues with NO charge... very kind, polite, efficient. Shelby, the Office Manager, also greeted me with kindness and assured me everything would be fine. THANK YOU for "above and beyond" EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

My car broke down driving from South Florida to Tampa and I took it to a few other dealerships and they said it was going to take thousands of dollars in a couple days to fix. “My serpentine belt on my 2006 Ford Mustang was starting to wear and I needed a new one to replace the old one so I decided to come here. I regularly drop off Amazon packages at this auto repair shop for my job. I came in and told Stan behind the front counter what my issue was. He immediately took good care of me right from the very get go. Thought it was going to be a much longer repair but it turned out to be very fast. I brought my car in and was out in about an hour. My mechanic Chris replaced my serpentine belt and the harmonic balancer. I received a discount on the labor for the serpentine belt as well. I will definitely be coming back here again if I need service or repairs done on my vehicle! Thank you Stan and Chris for your exceptional customer service!! :)”
