“Very clean facility, very nice staff. 6+ years as a customer. Only issues we have had are as follows. One year someone put dozens of mothballs in the hallways and you could barely breathe and everything in our unit smelled like mothballs for months. I'm guessing that was corrected because it hasn't happened since. Allowing long term parking right by the doors to get access to your unit is annoying and a chronic issue. Trailers, box trucks, etc. Lastly, you can expect a price increase every single year. These price increases have raised our unit cost ~33% in 6 years.”
