Love the store, the employees are always polite and kind. Pharmacy on the other hand is incompetent mess. After 6 months of them screwing up my prescription im done with them.

I picked up a cupcake pull a part and let's just say there was a mishap in the parking lot. Christine in the bakery didn't even blink. She took what was left of it and recreated it for me in a short period of time. She was very nice and helpful!

I frequent Publix for my grocery shopping and can testify that it usually stocks almost everything I need. The store offers a broad variety of products and the excellent customer service, particularly in the deli, hot foods, and bakery departments, is commendable. Staff in these departments are always ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. However, I do find that stock levels can be inconsistent at times. On more than one occasion, I have found specific items I needed to be unavailable. I would love to see an improvement in this area as it can be a bit frustrating when this happens. Another area that could use some enhancement is the presentation of the hot food case. While the food quality is satisfactory, the presentation doesn't always do justice to the quality of the products and could be more appealing. Despite these points, I continue to shop at Publix because of the convenience it provides and the exemplary customer service. With some slight improvements, I believe Publix could go from being a good store to a great one. I rate it 4.0 out of 5 stars.

This Publix is on my naughty list right now especially the bakery, they have disappointed me. I will now going to the bloomingdale Publix.

Ordered cupcakes a week ago. Kristian was the cake decorator that took my order. I thought she was maybe just having a rough day. Well, when I picked them up the other day; she had that same attitude of "I just inconvenience her." The cup cakes were as I asked for which is why I left 2 star, but were not super fresh.Publix, I am disappointed in how much your customer service has gone down hill. Especially now that customers are paying double for product, & we even check ourselves out. You really need to step up your game & honor your BOGO with rainchecks as you once did. My husband was told no to a BOGO raincheck. If product was priced incorrectly, it use to be free.

Good place. I like that a lot of the workers are teens it's nice to see them work hard. They often don't help though. This Publix is always very clean, organized, and the shelves are most of the time stocked. Lines are average and I can get through quickly. It is very convenient it's next to all other stores, the school, and the neighborhoods.

Took My mother to get her covid-19 vaccine today. It really runs smooth. Her appointment was @ 2:45 we were out by 3:10.

So I tried again to place an order for wings ... Yes wings nothing special and thought like a moron maybe they finally got their s*** together ... Nope ... But this time their store manager Jim Vinson wants to give me an explanation to why it's screwed up. Cause I honestly want to hear an explanation on why you can't seem to get the most basic s*** right. I'm telling you exactly what I want how I want it and if you can't do it fucken say it's not a request we can fill. Seriously how hard is it to be truthful and take ownership. And I told him how come no other publix seems to f*** it up but this one... Well they have more fryers cause they sell more chicken ... I fucken wonder why ... Maybe cause they don't f*** up ppls orders constantly???

I'd like this location... I don't usually have any issues or problems. It is convenient and the things that I buy there are usually very fresh. Especially the sliced cake and other bakery items.There is usually no line or any other type of deterrent. I get what I need to get and get out and head back to the house...

Let us start off by saying Publix has always been our go to supermarket for years beginning in south Florida while living there since 1967 and now in Georgia at our home outside of Canton Ga..The Riverstone Store with Don as the Store Manger cannot be beat for customer service, cleanliness and always stocked without fail. He is always on top of everything! We have a second home in Lithia FishHawk Florida. We have shopped at this store since they opened. Without FAIL they are the worst at customer service , poorly stocked shelves and product freshness. The DELI has had problems continually for over 5 years and they just cannot get it right even after multiple people including neighbors complaining to corporate management. Facts: just last week.. 3 times we went to the store all three times at 5 PM there were NO chickens, wings anything in the case to be purchased. One time on Playoff Sunday we went in and saw the Deli Mgr who was stocking the cheese counter. We asked about the chickens and she had NO idea they were empty. When she checked it would be another 40 minutes before any chickens would be in the case. Next we stopped by to get two dozen roses and a cake for someones birthday. The cake was previously frozen. We asked for a happy birthday saying which they placed on the cake. When we got it home after 2 hours of it thawing out... the entire frosting fell off and it tasted stale ! The same week we ordered $40.00 in assorted lunch meats. The deli items were to be ready at 11:45 AM. When we went in and did other shopping we checked at the case and nothing? We asked and they came back and told us they had LOST our order. Its one thing after another at this store and we could go on for a long time about all our bad dealings at THIS PUBLIX including another special order birthday cake and food order mixup. This is definitely a hiring and training issue at THIS STORE. Nothing but excuses and apologizes from management. Yes they have built and remodeled 2 other stores but they are several miles away from Fish Hawk where we live.. Sad this one has so much potential and I am shocked Publix allows this poor service to continue from this store! Update: we needed about$40.00 in lunch meat this week. We ordered it on line and was told it would be ready at a certain time. Fast forward, we arrived, it wasnt ready and they had not even begun to cut the lunch meat. Shopped for other items..Spoke with Deli Mgr only to have more excuses.. also told Store Mgr who rectified it but lost money on sale! How about this FIRE Deli Mgr, and retrain all Deli help! When will this POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STOP AT THIS STORE!

Shawn in Deli makes the best custom subs. He should seriously be working at a Michelin star restaurant. Great people always very nice and helpful.
