Karena worked with us, until we were able to get financing and find our forever home. Karena takes your wants and needs into consideration when searching for homes for you, she will show you what you want to see, and recommend others that are a potential, she keeps your budget in mind and works with you through the closing of your home purchase. She goes above and beyond and is ready to answer your questions night or day. She even met us on a short notice for a home we seen driving through a neighborhood. Rebecca Kelly is not only the best real estate agent EVER but is also a great person to know and have in your corner! Coming into this experience as first home buyers we had no clue what we were doing UNTIL we met Rebecca! She helped break down everything for us and helped us go into every situation fully prepared and knowledgeable! She was also always fully present! Karena was recommended to me by my brother. As I was buying a new home while living out of town, she really worked my availability and was able to get me showings quickly. I never felt like we were looking at homes out my price range and she really listened to what my family needed. Karena has been in the business so long that she was able to recommend an amazing home inspector that she had worked with for years. Karena is top notch when looking for a home or rental for your family. She reached out instantly, found 4 listings in our price range, that fit our needs and was available to show them to us all within a 24 hr time frame. She is all you want/hope for in a realtor and was extremely genuine, prompt, prepared (even had toilet paper for my 4 year old to use at one listing) knowledgeable and just gave off such a caring vibe that made us feel like we were looking for a home with a family member. Her business card has been added to our keepers because she was just that fabulous. I know we will use her again and will definitely be recommending her to others in the future!!
