But Jacob on the night shift is horribly rude and disrespectful. I simply will not come to your store when he is there.”
“My daughter broke down with a flat tire and I have nothing but great things to say about Todd and Landon, they were quick to jump in and change her tire for her. They went above and beyond going next door to get an impact wrench and do all things possible. There should be more people like you in the world.”
“So I had an appointment to see Jules but because of rain they had to close... Called several places to no avail . Finally, I booked with another place for the next day. They canceled at 4:30 p.m..
I was stuck because I'm picking up many visitors at the airport.
So Jules told me to come in but they can only give me a wash and vacuum because it was so late. When I got there I was about in tears. The techs said don't worry we will get this done and they did extra service on my car as well!
Cannot tell you not only how glad I was that they took care of me, but my car turned out fabulous!

“There's a few brushes on the side that are pretty hard. The air blower may dry a car but not a truck fully. Thay Used to have 2 people for when you came out to wipe down the excess but no longer. If you don't mind having to pull over an drying you windows, mirrors, etc.. it's a good place”
