My rating stems from the frustration in communication and value for money. I’m also a bit surprised they appear to be seeking new customers based on my experience. Seems they’re overbooked as it is. It took weeks to finally get through to schedule. Had them clean two cars, Gold and Silver packages. First, I had to reach out the day of service when they didn’t show up as scheduled and was bumped back due to an “emergency detail”. Then I felt the services I received were rushed. I pointed out some scuffs beforehand and was told they’d come out (as others had told me they would). The quickest “detail” my car has ever received (but most expensive). Are the cars clean, yes, but not to the level I’d expect for the price nor were all the scuffs removed. I reached out again to see if they’d correct it and again, weeks have passed with back and forth texts but no resolution.

Bricks is, by far, the best in the Bay for Auto Detailing and paint corrections. They have been taking excellent care of my vehicles for years now and they never disappoint! The convenience of them coming to your home and the quality of service that they provide each and every time, is above all of the others. Cole and his team have been servicing 4 different cars for us and without question are the best at what they do. Once you’re on a schedule, it is repeatable quality service, every time. Between the depth of knowledge of their team, the breadth of their product offerings, and the quality of their work, Tampa has no better mobile business. Mobile detailing, polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating, wheel and tire coating, interior, can’t get any better. Can’t wait for the shop to open!

Bricks is my go to when I’m in Tampa. I ship my motorcycle down from Michigan for the winter time and bricks is the only detailing company I let touch it. I get endless compliments on how clean my bike is when I take it anywhere. Only problem is, they don’t have a location in Michigan. Horrible customer service, Bricks was recommended by a friend Ryan mcguiness. I called to get my truck detailed, Cole never answered the phone, I left a message to schedule an appointment but never received a call back, it’s been a week. I guess he has enough business he doesn’t need more. If you’re looking for a detail and good customer service look elsewhere.

I called and made an appointment with Cole to have the interior of my 2004 Toyota Sequoia detailed. He asked me to text him my address which I did immediately. On the day of the appointment I hadn't heard back so I called and left a message and also texted him. No response. No show for the appointment, no call. no text.

Brick's does an awesome job I have 4 vehicles they take care of for me. I'm always amazed how great of a job they do one vehicle is a 2019 custom Mercedes Sprinter two Honda Accord's and a 1970 Chevy El Camino SS I've never had better results from any other detail company. Hands down one of the best experiences and also best people to work with. They come to you and work with you with lots of professionalism and attention to detail. They were able to ceramic coat my car without any issues and the paint correction made to the car would leave anyone speechless. look no further. They are your guys!
