Shannon for the win. My pup looks great! This was his first full groom and I honestly don't know how she managed to do it. He's such a hyper playful pup who hates his paws being dealt with so yea. I recommend her to anyone who has a stubborn pup like mine.

My puppy looks amazing. No cuts, no complaints from the workers, and no traumatized puppy. The staff gave me comfortable vibes and served smiles and love. Everything was clean and even though it was a dog grooming place it did not have the dog smell there and that was really pleasing.

May 2024, Pompano Beach location. Josh who works here was wonderful. The shop inside was cute with lots of dog treats and toys. We ended up buying one doggie Cup Cake and two small biscuits. We were going to a friend’s party and thought it would be nice to pick up a treat for the dog. All was reasonably priced. He put the cake in a nice box along with the biscuits l. Hopefully the dog liked the cake. They did have some cats treats as well. I Would come back her again if needed.

Berkeley’s Groomer Anna is the best! She takes extra care in doing Berkeley’s nails with care and kindness. Our dog used to be scared of the groomer but she’s always excited to see Anna. The front office staff has improved a lot they are friendly and attentive now. Overall a great experience for getting our dogs nails cut. We have not used any other service yet because our dog is very low maintenance.

I went in asking if the could do a simple nail trim on my 6 pound Chihuahua. I explained to them that I’m willing to wait. They rejected my business and told me that they did not have time for a five minute nail trim. So I guess they don’t want my money.

Even in regards to if he’s too matted upon his ears . When I spoke to Shelby your only response was “WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE “ , how do you think that kind of immediate response would make a customer feel , there were no arguments going on I was just concerned obviously b/c this has never happened before with him being in the same condition. I will take my dog to the vet that’s no big deal, however as I stated the treatment from you guys from the beginning isn’t welcoming , I gave you all the benefit of the doubt and didn’t think too much into it but with the immediate response from Shelby , that you have the right to refuse service, I wasn’t fighting you guys all I said was I’ve never had this happen before, obviously I know anyone has right to refuse service but gosh it felt like you all couldn’t wait to refuse me and Gizzy, not Dizzy as I’ve also asked for you all to fix his name.
The customer that was there even apologized to me about what happen and tried offering options on where to go , that lets you know that your response wasn’t a great one .
I showed up for my appointment at Wolf Gang Bakery at 10:33am, but they straight up denied grooming services for my dog. Can you believe it? They said his ears had matting and told me I needed to take him to the vet for a haircut. But get this, they've cut his hair before with his ears in the same condition. It just doesn't make sense! My dog's ears are honestly not overly matted at all. I even asked them to just cut his body and leave his ears alone if it was going to be a problem, but they still said no. So frustrating!
I spoke to Shelby, the manager, and her explanation was basically that they can deny services if they want. Seriously? It felt like they didn't want to groom my dog from the start. I've never had any issues with Wolf Gang Bakery in Altamonte Springs, and I had a good reputation there. But this location treated me so poorly right from day one. They didn't offer any other options or ask me to sign a matting policy. It's just not right , I’m very well aware when things are being done out of concern and when things are being done b/c you don’t not want to service a person due to their particular race.I want to mention that I'm an African American woman, and after this experience, I can't help but feel like I was being treated differently. It's really disappointing. Can't believe it happened, I’ve never been out of character with them I’ve only been kind but on the other hand .. it’s really disgusting to experience this type of treatment . Being denied services really had nothing to do with my dogs ears I’m 1000% sure of that, this is disgusting!!!
I’ve never been treated this way by Altamonte springs location , I was so hurt I even contacted that location for reassurance , my dog has never been in a bad condition to where I’m refused services this so disgusting!!!
I’m sure a lot of these businesses wish they could put WHITES ONLY on their doors , but since you could no longer do that your figure out ways to rid of servicing individuals like me .
