This location is the most poorly run location in the area. The tellers continue to be poorly trained and incompetent with bad attitudes. Even a simple withdrawal with my card & ID is difficult for them. Scary that they are dealing with our money.

It has a lot of usb to charge your phone I really like that my phone is dying I don’t have my charger because I’m just cashing a check but definitely recommend

Horrible location, a combination of incompetence and bad attitude. Same yourself some headaches, the Atlantic Ave. location is much better.

Very poor service, only had 2 services representatives on duty and after sitting for over 45 min. We get told oh we only help those with appointments.

Why does it take so very long to make a straight deposit ie check without any cash back? This branches drive up is so slow I mean 10 minutes and I saw 3 people inside the window . I asked the teller to just return my deposit because I couldn't wait any longer she told me to use mobile app. I am a errand runner and don't have their app.I would never recommend anyone bank there.Whatever happened to customer service are we just supposed to suck it up and live with this lack of professionalism? There I feel better

This is the 2 time I come for notary service and I always wait nobody acknowledges you to even ask what service you need. What a shame that they have preferences and until you walk out the door someone comes and ask what do you need help with. I was aware that this time someone was ahead of me but very lack of professionalism. I would rather pay then go here again. I honestly write this review because I cannot believe that this happens often!!! very ashamed on the customer service attention

Why do the drive-thurs close at 5pm on the weekdays? It is not just this bank but other WFs, also. Most people get off at 5pm so a check can't be cashed, deposited, or other teller transactions cannot be made. Many people work on Saturday.

Went to this Wells Fargo today. Talk about "old school" service. Wow. Spent over an hour with Edgardo Garcia who is awesome. He fully understands customer satisfaction and getting everything done perfectly. Would definitely want him for my personal banker. He even stayed after closing!!!!! Cant say enough good things about this branch.

Lisa and Wayne seem to have hired an awesome person at this Wells Fargo. Frantz Jean-Pierre helped me get a new card, make a withdrawal, and tried to compensate (emotionally) when a young employee made a glaring mistake while we waited in line. I've been with Wells Fargo most of my life and the service is exceptionally better than the previous mainstream banker.
