I can not say enough about this location! Had a nice little long weekend getaway with family and friends, and it felt so luxurious being in this house. We had 6 adults and 3 kids, and we were all comfortable with enough space for ourselves. The beds are super comfy, and I slept like a rock! It was great to wake up to views of the beautiful intercoastal waterway, right outside the primary bedroom sliding glass doors. The kitchen, dining and living room is all one big open space, and we got to watch the boats go by while we ate. Kids had a great time in the pool and feeding the fish from the dock. And we loved that there was access to one of the 5 bathrooms right from the patio so no one had to go through the house wet. My son also thought is was the coolest thing ever to shower outside. Lol. All and all this house was very comfortable, and the hosts are fantastic, very welcoming and had excellent communication the entire weekend. Definitely going to book again!

We have been utilizing the services of Tropical Florida Rentals for the last 3 years. It is rare that we have needed to contact the office or Mike for any issue, but when we do the response is immediate or within 10 minutes and the problem is resolved. Staff has been very accommodating and attentive to our requests and needs. I can recommend Mike and his staff without reservation. I look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful stay at Tropical Rents. Cozy comfortable house with a well-stocked kitchen, excellent book and movie collections, large-screen TV, faboulous hot tub, cool artwork on the walls. Tropical Rental is a gem and was a perfect fit for our group of six adults.

Staff were quick to respond and great to work with for our rental. The property was spotless, serene, and very comfortable for our stay. We were sad to finally leave and look forward to a future visit again sometime soon.

Team was accommodating, helpful and friendly! They were the cherry on the top to making this vacation better than we could’ve imagined! Thank you for everything! This was a MUCH needed break after a year of not traveling out Alaska secondary to the pandemic! We look forward to coming back soon!

The view from this place are amazing. It’s equiped with everything you need for your stay. We love eating outside on the balcony and enjoying the view. This is the second year we have stayed here and can't wait to do it again.. You will not be disappointed with this apartment.

The house was renovated very recently with a great kitchen and awesome shower + master bath. Well appointed kitchen. Backyard was private and peaceful. Would absolutely stay again!

The employees here are very helpful and know what they are doing. Not just one employee helped me they worked together as team. They explained to me how to put my new commercial lock together. Tony cleaned and lubed the lock. Team leader listened to what I really needed and found some set screws that I needed. Thank you so much.

The condo is gorgeous inside and we'll maintained and impeccable clean.Everything you need will be there for you. The amazing ocean view is right there when you open your door to come in. This place was perfect for my husband and I plus our daughter and grandson. Very quiet, well stocked kitchen. Showers had lots of hot water and nice water pressure. Internet was great. Tv is on bottom floor bedroom no TV on main floor.. All in all it was a decent price for what you get. I would actually return if I was with kids!
