ZERO STARS! Save your $ and buy a Ford150 or Dodge Ram. Do not buy their extended warranty. Period. Sheehan pushes the warranty by combining it with a lower interest rate. Only to later talk you out of using it due to "diagnostic fees!" BS dealership. No email addresses ever provided and no manager/owner ever present or available. Bottom line: I'm a former GM employee and former loyal GM buyer. Buy elsewhere and don't buy GM products. Also, we have four factory defective rims the dealer and GM corporate refused to deal with. Next time no more US cars made in Mexico. Dealer NEVER TOLD us about Break system recall, stating they wait on the customer to have issue. WTH?!? They wait on breaks to fail?!!!

My experience here was amazing. I pulled up to the lot, gave Troy a call and within minutes he pulled up the vehicle I was interested in. Troy was very pleasant and had an answer to all of my questions. Loved the car. They ended up making me a deal I couldn't refuse and the whole step of the way the customer service was excellent. I met with the GM, Troy, and their financing team and everyone was pleasant. They all communicated with each other so my experience felt personalized, everyone knew I was buying the vehicle for my families new journey from Florida to Arizona. Would highly recommend this dealership and Troy as a salesperson.

BEWARE!!!! I went w/ my 16 yr old daughter to Sheehan dealership to look at pre-owned vehicles for her first car. We went on 1/21/23 and spoke with salesman Yad Aflalo. We went to his office and he showed us his inventory on his computer. We saw a few that might work which he wrote down to show us. One, in particular, was a 2019 GMC Terrain listed on the computer for $22,900. We asked him what the best price he could do on it and he introduced us to his manager, Dana Fishvien, who said the best he could do was $21,900 with no dealer fees. It was more than what we were initially looking to spend. We went home and decided to do the deal so we called back Yad an hour after meeting with him. We told him we were interested and he said he would call me back. When he called back he said that he made a mistake and the car was now $23,900. I saw with my own eyes on his computer the original price and we spoke to the manager who gave us the final price. I asked him, "how could the price go up $2,000?" He said he got confused and then tried to blame me for asking to see "too many cars" (3) and that he got the prices mixed up. I told him that seeing a few cars should not be too much for a car salesman and that to pull a "Bait and Switch" is not professional nor ethical. I asked to speak with the manager, Dana, who I met at the dealership. Yad refused to give me his direct phone number and told me that Dana would call me. I waited 2 days and the manager never called. On 1/23/23 I decided to call Clint Thomas, the general manager of Sheehan dealership. I left messages and never got a call. On 1/24/2023 I decided to go to the dealership and meet with Clint Thomas in person. I explained to him my experience and how unprofessional his staff was. No one tried to call me back, including him, to resolve the issue. They used dishonest tactics to try and sell their vehicles. The owner of the dealership even stood by and heard my whole conversation with him and did nothing.

I purchased a vehicle there six months ago that needed a post purchase refit to install electronics that were delayed by the global chip shortage. The appointment was made and the parts were delivered to the dealership, confirmed via GMC, after six months. When I arrived I was told the parts were not there and I would have to wait and come back. I explained that was unacceptable as I purchased this vehicle with these features that I haven't been able to use for 6 months. I also told them that I had flown to Florida from the northeast to keep this appointment and that this dealership is a 90 minute round trip from my home in Florida. Their response was essentially "too bad" and they even tried to get me to leave without any paperwork to document their misdeeds. I have 40 years in the industry working with many good and some bad dealerships so I have an idea what happened. They probably gave the my part away on a new sale and figured they could just bully a senior citizen into waste their own time and money quitely. They didn't even have the common courtesy to call me when they gave the part away and reschedule the appointment. I'd advise ALL to avoid this place. They essentially stole my part to use it for someone else, told me to me "too bad" about it and are completely ok with wasting my time and money.

I recently bought a 2011 GMC TERRAIN SLT from a used dealer. But I decided after everything I went through with those other cars and dealerships to take my car here to make sure it was in decent driving order. My service advisor, Andrea, went above and beyond. She really helped, communicated, and looked out for me. She deserves a promotion. They fixed everything and still came out to almost cheaper than what I was expecting to pay. I never thought about GMC until now. Andrea made me want to buy another one now if I had the money to do so

I bought a car at Sheehan at Lighthouse point . I wish I never did . When speaking to the sales person he was nice, but when it came time for them to do detail work the manager whom name is Mark was rude and disrespectful. Told me a whole different story. He degraded me in front of every oneThey where not going to do any detail work on it and if so I will have to pay and if I can't wait too leave and come back another day. This man is in charge of the mechanics. Now I have fear that when my car breaks down he is going to over charge me because I am a women. I don't recommend any one to purchase a car there or get their car fix their for that they will over charge you for everything!!!!

Alan! If you need service, he's your man. Easy to deal with, and gets everything done promptly. Glad to be in this area now and have him at my local gmc dealership. I've had prior dealerships make it a headache to deal with service reps. Not here! Thanks a bunch again!

Spoke to Joe on the phone about a 2019 GMC SIERRA Denali they had on the lot. He unfortunately was already off work by the time my wife and I arrived. He did a great job responding in texts to us and let us know that Jeff "Nemo" would help us. Unfortunately Jeff nor the sales manager were of any help. Jeff was extremely short and seemed annoyed that he had to help us. He was also short and snippy on the phone with my current lender. I was looking to trade in a 2017 GMC SIERRA SLT with a 6 inch lift, snug top truck cap and dual exhaust flow masters with 76,000 miles, KBB has the median trade in value at 34,500 and Sheehan offered 28,000. I already had my truck pre-appraised by another lender at 38,000, in a different market, Columbus GA. Told Jeff and the sales manager i wanted at least 33,000 and was told the best they could do is 29,500. Once they showed me the first offer my wife and i knew we were being low balled, and they seemed to be in no hurry to help. Was also told that the $3,500 snug top truck cap was hurting the value of my truck and that they would simply put it on offer up to get rid of. So if you feel like being low balled on a trade go to Sheehan!

I made the 3 hour drive from Titusville to Sheehan GMC based on a recommendation from a very good friend. I was looking for a full size truck to replace my Frontier. I needed a used one because new I'd out of my price range. I worked with Tim Sheehan. Glad I did. Felt relaxed and was free to move around the Autoplex. I took pictures, read the stickers, and took my time. I ended up buying a 2020 GMC Sierra Elevation. Really like this truck. I did have an issue with my trailer light on one side. After testing it, I knew it wasn't the trailer. Made an appointment online and got one the very next day. Great service? Great experience with Tim Sheehan handling the sale. I would certainly recommend Sheehan GMC for sales and service.

Do I recommend this business for service ... absolutely and see Andrea. Do I recommend it for sales, nope see high prep fees, addendums, low trade in values and need for a new fresh design and focus. Old school sales are gone and advent of internet means a quick fair retail experience is warranted. You won't find it here currently however. Andrea (service) is literally one of the best service writers in GM chain. She is honest, fair, caring and a beautiful person to work with. She listens and doesn't cut off owners and try's hard to offer the very best experience. We truly admire her and the one big reason we continue to work thru this dealership. Unfortunately GM quality also needs greater improveMent for its products. We highly suggest seeing Andrea for any service need. Would love to see her become a Service Manager for one of their stores.

This is the worst dealership in all of america. My car has been there since Oct 1st 2021. Problem after problem and Still being worked on to this day as i call every single day the dealership and corporate. The service agent Allen, would be the complete opposite of helpful, saboteur is an appropriate word for him. After waiting 4 months for my car part to arrive, you would think it would be considered first priority right, not with that agent. After contacting him and him telling me my car is first priority, i asked why hasnt it been diagnosed in the two days able to, "well the technician is working on other vehicles". Ok so mine isnt first, ok. I will now have to go to the dealership everyday to babysit to make sure what is being said is actually being done. Service manager Mark, isnt much help either. No sense of urgency regarding the 6 MONTH WORK TIME at all! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!
