“In October 2023, I bought a house in Pompano Beach, Florida.My agent's settlement company charges appeared to be high, and they got offended on my request for lowering it, givingme a long lecture how superior their company was. I started to look for a better price. Checked three different companies. Prices were similar, doing the typical same job.Signature Title had a competitive price but it wasn't the lowest. Upon hearing this, Cynthia at ST said she will beat any price and she did. I saved a few hundred dollars by using her service.She worked with me patiently and punctually all the way. She was resourceful in many different areas as well.The coolest thing about Cynthia was when I became hesitant on the settlement day, whether to go through it and lose $15,000, She supported me saying ' yeah, people sometimes walk away. There was this lady who just walked out and lost $30,000. I couldn't believe it!'. It was great feeling knowing she was risking her commission and all the time she spent preparing the closing, sympathizing with my need. It was like breathing fresh air.”
