For my daughter's birthday I ordered a cake a week in advance. When I went to get the cake, they hadn't made it. Then the pastry chef with an attitude of “superiority” says: we haven't made it and it's no one's fault. Give me a minute, I'll prepare it for you. Twenty minutes later and nothing. Afterwards, I complained to the manager, a white lady, older, gray-haired, as if it were nothing, and to shut my mouth she offered me a frozen cake, I accepted it, and when I went to pay for it, she said you don't have to pay for it. Later at the party we are going to cut the cake, what a disgusting cake, the texture of the cake was unpleasant and it tasted old, like her. Unfortunately we had to throw it away. Nobody wanted to eat it. First time and last time I shop at this place.

I have been coming here for years. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge because drivers don't understand stop signs. But if you make it inside safely the store is nice, convenient, and it says a lot when the same employees are still working there for years.
