Had a hassle-free experience buying a used car I saw online. Called Neil S. to set up a test drive and he confirmed the vehicle was available at listed price. Liked the car and deal and got through the sales/purchase process without any glitches. Also got the Kia Certified Pre Owned 100k/10yr warranty at an attractive price.

Phil Smith Kia is amazing and got me into my dream car while meeting all ny expectations!! They were super accommodating and were able to negotiate to something we were both comfortable with. Chris Miranda (salesman) and Jason Harris (manager) were both the most amazing employees I've ever worked with at a dealership being super personable while still staying professional! They help to make you feel at home here at Phil Smith Kia (and make it hard to say no to a car).

Words can’t describe how happy and pleased I am to receiving my new car my sales agent Leticia was amazing very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly 100% will definitely go back and ask for her personally. I received my dream car a BMW X5 clean and polished i recommend 100% they will not disappoint the level of respect and attention is amazing.

Customer Service is completely dead at this location. When I walked in at 9:40 am 6/17/24, there was a young gentleman sitting at the desk, he was on his cell phone. As I stood there I expected him to say, good morning I'll be with you in a second or something. No he just looked at me and remained on his phone. After his call still nothing, he just looked through me as if I wasn't there or a living person. I finally said is there's anyone else who can assist me, then he finally said how can I help!... I've been in sales/customer service my entire life, not even acknowledging a customer is completely insane to me. I hope this review help to train your team to properly greet a customer.

Today I had a great experience with sales representative Chris Miranda. I came to this dealer without thinking that their payment plan can fit into my small budget, so I was just wondering and not definitely thinking that I am going to buy a car. But Chris did a great job. So, I have left with best car and payment, that impossibly went into my budget.
