Well stocked, I was planning on purchasing dog food, a cat tree etc. However, as I entered carrying my small white dog, a young girl employee looked at me with such disdain. No hello or can I help you! She walked fast past me again with an unpleasant attitude. Not good customer service. I walked out!

I took my service animal here because he’s got long hair. It’s not fur . It’s brutal out here in the heat so I’m trying to make him a bit more comfortable. He was seen here before and already in their system. I was told by the only groomer in the area that they can’t help my service dog because I choose to not vaccinate. He may have had his rabies but I can’t remember. I explained to them he’s my service animal and he is protected under ADA federal regulations
That what they are doing is called discrimination. The woke groomer responded no it’s not it’s petco policy and procedures. I’m here to notify petco you have in fact used discrimination against my service animal by refusing him an appointment based off his vaccination status! You are required to disinfect your areas after each groom for a reason! I didn’t see any of that happening in that room !

I took my dog to have a bath and despite being only 7 months old he is a large dog and from the first moment I saw how reluctant they were to give him a bath, they tried to come up with various excuses and were clearly in a bad mood. If they don't like this role they shouldn't be working there and the establishment should be more correct because if they don't have the right support for a big dog they shouldn't say they do.

Terrible experience, the lady’s at the grooming section was lazy they didn’t want to work I had an appointment for my dog and she created a lot of things to do not give him a bath, just because he is a large dog, she was very lazy I felt so bad there my dog was discriminated. Poor attendance
