To my complete surprise, she used it to leave a Google review for your business without my consent. This act of overstepping boundaries was highly unprofessional, and I earnestly hope it's addressed by someone in charge. As a result of this incident, I've decided to never let anyone else use my phone in the future.On a separate note, I want to highlight my positive interaction with the lady who notarized my documents. Not only has she consistently demonstrated professionalism, but she also streamlined the entire process, making it a seamless experience for me. She is truly an asset to your team.”

“I’m a loyal customer because no other place offers better service.Living in South Florida for the last 4 years, I have found that most services we pay for follow very poor standards. Demand is high and nobody seems to care about quality anymore. Nobody cares about customer service satisfaction either. Let me be explicit. I do not want to be treated like a number. Nobody else around can match his skills at packing your items safely in the shortest amount of time! Çağatay’s expertise shows just by watching him for a minute. The store also offers access to a computer, copy, fax, and scan services, as well as shredding. The store holds unique handmade Turkish jewelry, Hamsas, scarves, hats, and phone accessories. “Reading through these reviews, I can't help but wonder if the general public knows how the postal service works.The people working at this location are not in charge of when mail gets picked up and delivered. They are not responsible for delivery disasters - they process the mail and, in my humble opinion, do a fine job.The pricing is (to the best of my understanding) auto-populated under the USPS standards and pricing. They offer all options and, even if they do upsell for speedier delivery, they personally cannot guarantee anything and, by the way, neither does the USPS!P.S. There's no law that prohibits upselling - anyone worth their salt in sales does this. And you always have the right to request the least expensive option and refuse the upsell!”

“I was here on a Saturday to mail a package, and opted to go to the counter instead of self-service. It was less than a two minute wait, and the postal employee who assisted me was efficient and friendly! I was given options on how I wanted the package sent and chose the Priority Mail option (that way I received a tracking number). My payment was taken electronically, and I was given the receipt (with tracking number on it) in less than 5 minutes. Overall, this is a great little location. It's small, but it gets the job done. There's ample parking, too! I'll definitely be back!”
