Called to request a trial membership or week long membership as I’m visiting family locally.Whoever called me on the phone said this “very exclusive private gym” (which is located in a strip mall and absolutely does not give luxe vibes from the exterior) *had* $25 weeklong passes but that people had been “abusing” them and that ifI wanted to come down to the gym, he could “judge and see what kind of a guy I was” because the weeklong passes “don’t sit well with [him]”.Either have the passes and sell them, or don’t have them. Don’t have some random dude judging strangers via phone call about what “sits well” with them.Weird attitude, weird vibe, no thanks. It’s not that hard to find a good gym!

Found this gem by happenstance. Love it... 24hr access. The owner is quite pleasant and I'm very happy that I found it. Since I'm a retiree and an early wakerupper, I love starting my mornings there at 4am. It's clean, organized and affordable. Thanks Mr. Brian...

Was not a welcoming environment unfortunately. The owner was "too busy" to say hello but had enough time to tell me where to lay my money at. Was very crowded with equipment but had little to nothing for mobility. Majority of the cardio equipment (that's not a elliptical or treadmill) are out of date and not in order. Honestly, It was more stressful of a workout than not trying to find things that are in working condition/having enough room to exercise. I was looking forward to it being over with.

This gym is immaculate! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of equipment so no waiting for what you want to use. The cycle class was a work out.

Amazing gym, was coming from out of town and didn’t want to train at a commercial gym. The owners were very helpful with helping me get in to train during the weekend. Love the classic vibes of this gym. If your in the area I definitely recommend this gym if you want to take training seriously.

Guest review from 3/13/2022 $10 guest pass Really solid neighborhood gym for lifters This gym is really pretty unique compared to any gym I'm been to before. It's a neighborhood style gym in size and scope but has good equipment and a good price and everything is in good condition. That's not a common combo for many neighborhood gyms. I normally like to list pros and cons of each gym but that feels like it wouldn't give an adequate feel of the vibe. I dig this place and it feels pretty inclusive, so I'd recommend trying it out. The hours that a manager is in may be limited, so you should probably call ahead.

If you are serious about working out this gym is for you. It's very clean the equipment is top of the line. The owner Brian & his family are wonderful and all who workout there are the real deal. Try it you'll love it!
