If I could rate this specific store a 0 then I would. The app shows they have a 5000 watt inverter in stock, so I call up ahead and make sure they have it, as I did drive from st lucie to purchase it. The young man who answered the phone did say they had it in stock, I asked him to make sure he had a visual on it and he confirmed. I get to the store and they tell me they don’t have it. I am beyond pissed, I wasted almost 2 hours of my time, my gas and my patience coming to this store with a false promise.

Very good store, good prices, very good people is working there, but, have a new guy, a joung guy, name is Jason, the guy scape for not help, you can't understand what he say, when he was looking for somenthing for me, he never come back, I wait 20 minutes, I have to ask a another person for help, maybe, the guy have a mentally problems, handicap, I don't know...

I normally don’t give reviews, but it was definitely necessary. Patrice went out of her way as soon as I walked in, helped me out with what I needed as I was confused she then proceeded to call to the back. They brought it to the front. I was out of here in five minutes. I love Harbor freight but without Patricia, it would just be a normal place, she gets what she deserves ?
