Worst run bank I've ever experienced. I hated to even give them one star. There are always not enough tellers and especially long wait lines. Management is non existent. I find myself driving longer distances just to visit different BOA locations when this one is literally around the corner from my house. Every time I try to give them another chance , I end up regretting the decision and wasting my time. Do yourself favor and avoid this branch like the plaque!

Loved the (ATM with teller assist) hours and service until they changed the hours to bankers hours

This is a horrible location. The employees are incompetent and rude. They only have 1 teller available. I complained this to the manager and he said don't bank here then.

You cannot find better professional service in the banking system....as here at this location..Sandra always greets everyone with a smile and always handles any situation. Keep up the good work and remember we can never substitute real people with machines I would rather wait in line any day...keep up the good work team....
