The branch manager Ruby was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain to me all the details about the credit card and bank accounts, she walked through the steps with me and she personally explained to the teller. I really appreciate she taking her time. Excellent customer service!

Do not go here if you’re in a hurry. The girls here always not on point. Sometimes rude, three people left line after only having one teller inside. One customer having a lot to handle which I understand but definitely need more help, after today I’ve decided to just change banks alll in general. Over waiting in line, having to come inside because the atm features are never working. Over it every time I come in this branch I leave upset and never satisfied.

No one answers the phones. I've called multiple times with no answer just oh hold again and again. I'm assuming staffing is low if phones can't get through.Update 5th call was answered and they were kind when answering.

Came in today 09/30/23 to open a new account and I received the best service. I feel bad I didn't get the lady's name but she was Colombian and she treated us like she knew us for years. Thank you so much!

Everytime I come here there's always an issue on why they can't accept this, or the ATM is down at the moment, or tellers having attitudes. I'd goto another branch

Branch manager Ruby Herrera! Should be fired from this bank for stealing wells fargo company time.If employees are paid by customers deposits. Employees not providing service during operating hours is theft. They are stealing company time from customers.She allows her employees/coworkers used companies time to do nothing inside the bank. Denied service to customers while have zero customers inside branch.Bankers are paid to provide service during operating hours but employees prefer to do nothing.Employee Rodolfo Millenstead chose to provide no service to customer over 20 years instead he choose to walk around bank doing nothing to avoid from providing serviceBranch manager is violating FDIC guidelines.Customer service top notch trash!!

"Customer service representatives" need training ASAP.Ashley at the commercial lanes needs to be trained and coached properly. Ashley need to learn how to treat people SPECIALLY acknowledge them at the window NOT just take the deposit and send it back with the receipt without saying a word...

I have been trying to open a business account with them for the last two months and everytime “my appointment is at a different time” even though they are the ones that schedule it. It’s ridiculous the people are nice, the bank is clean, but the appointment system absolutely sucks. Definitely a waste of time.
