My neighbor is constantly getting my mail she’s 5138 but a different street name my address is 5138 for different street name her street is before my so they don’t look at the street name just the number and that’s why he’s getting my mail and that is so wrong I need them to start looking at the street name not just the house number. I want my mail to be delivered to my mailbox.

My delivery driver is very reliable and friendly. Every day he arrives around 3:30, like clockwork. The lobby has drop boxes that are available after hours, which is very convenient.

Driver was too lazy to bring a letter to my door needing a signature. Both cars in the driveway but the driver takes the time to fill out a form asking for a date to re-deliver or I can go to the post office to pick it up. Thanks for wasting my time. This driver needs a serious lecture on the meaning of the word "delivery". Or they could find someone who can actually do the job they are hired to do. What a unique concept that would be.

Stood at the pickup door for almost 20 minutes until the lady at the desk had to yell for the guy to come to the front. He still had his headphone on so no wonder he couldn't hear the bell ringing. Thanks for wasting my time...

I feel scammed with USPS, the previous month I made a delivery for which I paid $9.85 for some documents that I had to send to Denver, and it was a good 3-day service, that did not happen, everything took about 25 days because the service was purchased one way. I came back, I thought they had been late at the place where they should have sent me a response, finally when I received it, I had to do the whole process again because the money order that I sent, of which I have the receipt, was lost, the same April 24th I return to send the documents with shipping of 1 to 3 business days and boom, 10 days for my letter to reach its destination, 7 without counting Saturday and Sunday, you call and it turns out that this shipment has no guarantees, only the 1 business day that costs 40$ but the saddest thing is that IT DOESN'T SAY IT ON THE POSTER THAT STATES THAT THEY HAVE THAT SERVICE... so if the information can be useful to someone I will feel happy

A black women who wear a bonnet on her head is very disrespectful acting like she couldn’t take my package because it said ups lol I work for USPS we take packages from ups lol she needs to be put in the back and out of customer service
