The manager doesn't care that the wait is over 30 minutes with only one person processing returns and another doing I don't know she can't help improve the speed of returns this place is disrespectful

I don’t know the name of the gal that helped me this morning but I give her a 10! I had a bunch of returns that got mixed up (my fault). She was kind, patient, friendly, and extremely helpful.

Terrible service. Short white girl was rude as soon as I walked up and took her time walking around before she actually spoke to me. Refused to return an Amazon package because she said it had to be in original box that it was shipped to me in! It was in a different box and sealed. She continued to argue with me and refused to ship item. If I get 10 items in one box and ship back two of them please explain to me how I can use the same “original” box for more than one item??? I have been to many ups stores probably hundreds of times and never ever heard this. The description for the return didn’t even say that lol. Guess you make your own rules there. I would rather go out of my way to another store, which I will than ever step foot in there again.

Receipt says employee 292765 but to make sure it’s the right person young mixed girl with curly hair wearing a black hoodie with hearts on it. Gave me a huge attitude when I attempted to give her advice. She quoted me one price and then added a mailer for an additional fee. All I said was “make sure you let customers know that a mailer will be an additional fee” she then mentioned that she couldn’t mail my envelope it had to be in a mailer. I understand this but I then made her aware to tell a customer that upfront so the customer is aware. She then said well I just won’t mail it. Take the constructive criticism no need to be rude and then throw my package to the side to clearly show me you’re annoyed. I have been going here for years and never had an issue with the other girl with long hair who is always a pleasant interaction.

Slow service. UPS workers taking their time and appear to not want to work. One worker disappears and just leaves one worker although there is over 10 people in line waiting. The store plays music that is not suitable for all people. Management should do something about this UPS Store to receive better reviews.

One employee putting items away, locking cabinet, busy work while the line builds! No concern for customers waiting. One person working the register. It's always slow service. But shouldnt be if they cared. Avoid if you have a different option!

Really bad customer service. A woman who works in the store evidently did not want to attend some Latinos because they did not speak English. When it was my turn I asked her why her behavior had been. She decided to evade my question by giving me my receipt and wishing me a good day. How is it possible that people like this work with costumers? Unbelievable ?

My husband and I took two vintage Ethan Allen wood and brass table lamps with the original shades to this UPS Store last week to ship to our son. We have had the lamps for over 20 years and they were in near perfect condition. We decided to pay the UPS Store to pack and ship them, since UPS representatives should be experts in packaging such items to avoid damage, and these lamps are irreplaceable. When the shipment arrived to our son, the box was damaged, appearing to have had something very heavy on top of it. The box was crushed on the bottom. The lamp shades were both creased and dented, both brass lamp bases were bent and dented, and one of the light sockets had pieces broken out. When I returned to the UPS Store, the young man who waited on me was very unhelpful, bordering on rude, and advised me that my only recourse was to file a claim online with UPS as UPS had destroyed the box and contents during shipping. We have filled a claim online, which was a cumbersome process, including pictures of the damaged box, lamps and shades. We paid $185.10 to the UPS Store which included packing, shipping and insurance. It is unacceptable to provide such poor service. I would think twice before entrusting irreplaceable and valued items to UPS for packing and shipping again.

I sent a package for personal delivery in a week, last February (2023), they never contacted the person who sent the package, much less have they delivered it, they don't even know where the package is, it is a lot of negligence, they are very irresponsible.
