Don’t waste you time here! Not only are they unprofessional! But untrustworthy! I was told that my AC Compressor worked. All it would need to be Charge. For about $340. So I said ok.. After they changed the AC now they are telling the AC Compressor doesn’t work. And it would be $1700. But still want to charge me for the Freon and labor! And after being stirring with them. They brought the prices down. And they left all my Covers loose under the car. This is why ppl don’t trust shop! Because of shops like this!

The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the courteous and professional manner of the employees. That started with Tom, who I spoke to the day before I had to bring in my truck, and he made sure he had a battery in stock that would fit my truck, so I wouldn't have a wasted trip. He also told me what the total would be, another plus. On the day of, Edwin was the counter help, and he was friendly and kept me in the loop and explained in detail answers to any questions I had. Orlando was the mechanic, and when the check engine light came on after I left, he came out to re-check the system, but after shutting the engine off and starting it a couple times, the light went off. Orlando told me to come back and he would check if it came on again. They made me feel as if they had my back.Speaking of back, it's the little things, but that parking lot is busy. Orlando backed my vehicle in so it was safer for me to pull out. I appreciated that, too! And that sign on the wall about attitude. So true!

In July of 2023 my daughter blew her motor on her 2013 Chevy sonic. She took it to Tuffy in Lehigh and was told she needed a new motor. She paid $6500 for the motor and installation. She was charged her an extra few hundred dollars for an engine flush and tire alignment and was also told her it would be an extra 1k dollars to fix the rack and pinion because they noticed it was bad only (The rack and pinion was fine before they touched the car). later Tuffy expressed that the transmission on the car was no good. Question shouldn’t they have known that before the transmission flush they charged her for maybe even immediately after. We had to discover on our own and we paid $200 dollars every time the put in on the computer.. These people robbed a 22 year old young lady who is trying her hardest to get on her feet.. May I add my child spent all of her savings on this car only in the end to lose her job because she no longer has reliable transportation. Criminals!!…The car was running and put on a DIAGNOSTIC computer a few days before the engine blew and nobody said the engine or transmission was no good…

Excellent service! Took my car for an alignment and to see why the "brake fluid" light was on. The alignment was done quickly and my car drives beautifully now. They investigated the warning light and it was cleared up. They were clear and upfront about what they would/did do. I really (REALLY) appreciated the fact they didn't talk down to me or make me feel stupid about anything. I have walked out of other similar places because I got a "don't worry your pretty little head" vibe but not once at Tuffy. I will be bringing my car back for all service and issues.

I love Tuffys. There service is awesome and the front desk is so friendly. This is a service center with high standards and professional mechanics! Tuffys is a step above the usual oil change and tire shops. There prices are better and mechanics are way better@

These guys had replaced a tire for me a few days prior to my return visit when the same tire was low, it had caught a nail in the side wall as was no longer reparable. I told them I'd bring an old tire back to be out on, and when I did these fine people replaced my tire and sent me out the door in about 25-30mins. They also gave me a hearty discount. I really do appreciate your work gentleman, and I'll be back for the next time I need work done.

I went to Tuffy Tire Auto Center, due to the air in my car was not working. The gentlemenworking there were very honest and kind and explained what was going on with my car air, how long it would take to fix my car and the estimated cost for fixing the air. They all work well together and truly looks out for the customers best interest. This is a good place.

Recently had brake work done at Tuffy tire and auto service center. They were able to get my car in right away due to a cancellation. I got my car back the same day. Customer service was outstanding and the repair work was flawless.

We are 2 weeks new to Lehigh. My check engine light came on my way home from work Friday. Saturday we took the car to auto zone and they told us what was wrong. We google auto repairs shops in the area. We decided Tuffy's. I pulled in and was greeted by Tom and Al, who explained what they were going to do. Cost/labor/parts. Luckily they had the parts and were able to do the repair. On a Saturday! I picked up the car and left. Car is fixed. Sunday we did errands and had no issues. On Monday they actually texted me to see if the car had any issues. I definitely will recommend Tuffy's to anyone. Gigi Smith
