It is really sad an employee in race trac arguing with me over a cup of water store 5570 . That was ashamed. That young lady charge $1.37 for a cup of water. Just a cup of water. She was rude with attitude. That's pretty low for race trac as a big company. It always good to retrain their employees bc the don't know how to serve people.

This RaceTracs horrible. They need to watch there cameras to see how lazy there morning workers are. There on there phone most of the time, never add receipts to gas pumps, listening to music on there phones, and there attitude seems like they upset most of the time.

My husband purchased 2 red bulls as he was walking out he realized he had forgot to pay for ice. He waited in line, when he got to the front the cashier said her register froze and the original transaction had not gone thru. She charged him for the red bulls and the ice, he paid for it. His phone was in the truck, he came out and checked the online banking to see 2 transactions. I went into the store and asked the cashier for the receipts, she stated she didn't know how to print them and asked this man for help. He stated the original charge didn't go thru so he could only give me a receipt for the 2nd transaction. I asked for his managers name, he stated he was the manager and his name was Orlando. I asked for his supervisor/district managers name and number, to which he stated he didn't know then proceeded to completely ignore me. I asked another cashier for the information, Orlando raised his voice telling me they didn't know it. At this point another manager named Vonna came over, she was polite however same story, register froze and nobody knows or is willing to give the district managers information out.

These workers at this place is straight ignorant you ask a question and they give you an attitude for doing their job not to mention you already slow how about you pick it up and stop having attitude with every customer that walks of the door they're going to get the attitude to the wrong person one day ridiculous how customer service works nowadays

I do not recommend this gas station to drink coffee or buy food, there are many COCKROACHES there at the stations where you serve coffee and the employee who was on duty did not want to listen to me when I called her to show her where they were 5 COCKROACHES

BEWARE! Double gas charges at Ractrac on Lee BLVD in Lehigh and Colonial BLVD in Ft Myers are doing double charges at the pumps. Happened to my one daughter on Sunday night 3.26.23- she has a smaller car and got $25.28 in gas. She paid with Apple Pay. Store #199. She got to her next destination on a 3 hour road trip and couldn’t buy dinner bc no funds available. She’s a college student so funds are tight. She looked at her account and saw a second Racetrac charge for $54.86. We called on Sunday night no answer. My husband went up last night and the said “Oh it may be a hold or a glitch” since it said pending. Well it still over drafted her account for “pending”. Today at 3pm it finally disappeared. Why would it be double the charge if it’s a pending hold??? Ok totally thought it was a fluke. Then my other daughter called on her way home from school in Ft Myers #2378 and said there was a mistake. I said OMG I didn’t even think to mention it to her bc we figured it was the Lehigh Acres issue. This was today at 3pm. First charge was $32.31 and second charge was $33.35 I called corporate to get some answers. They told me the operations manager would make it a priority to call me back. BUT beware!! It happened twice to use at two different racetracs. I will never go to Racetrac again. Bad enough gas is so high then to be hit with double and triple charges??? Makes no sense to have a hold for more money than what was purchased.
