Ordered a tiramisu cake days in advance for a birthday, they gave us a plain vanilla sponge cake with the most god awful taste, we threw it away because no one liked it. We spent $50 to throw away a cake.
This is the first time Publix has ever made me this frustrated because I love them but I can’t justify ordering days in advance a custom cake and getting a completely different cake

publix is always clean and has fresh items. everyone is always friendly.

Too crowded we need more publix and stores to many homes being built but not enough grocery stores.

Meat manager Mr Perkins is so helpful his staff Seafood meat department excellent!!!! Can order curry chicken!!! Delicious well done ?

We are standing for the last 30 minutes to get sandwiches and there are 4 people ahead of us. Informed the bakery manager, yet no use. Thought it was going to be very bad experience. Hungry turned hangry. And then came the angel Manager Marvellis. She stepped in. Took over. Made some amazing sandwiches and out we are in just 8 mins. Thankful and grateful. She was humble, kind and sweet. She deserves a pay raise and an big applause. She knows customer service. Wow, that's publix!

I usually get my prescription filed at cvs but they were out of stock went to Publix on homestead and I have filled there before but it’s been a while. The pharmacist said that they had an abundance of the medication I needed but another store closed so they are going to take care of those customers 1st and then had the audacity to say they wouldn’t fill it because “they don’t know if I’m a drug seeker” I laughed and said not at all I take this medication for a brain condition I have. Then went and talked to a manager
