May not honor GoodRx. $19.08 was the discounted rate per grx but was charged $31.11, suggesting grx was giving me wrong info. Suggested to set order to 12ML(not possible) rather than 6 viles. Even when set to 12 viles the price wasn't accurate and still lower.
Gold membership had nothing to do with this order nor was it mentioned. Stacie, however, attempted to observe it on my phone as if that were the price I was sharing. Pardon if it's considered rude, I did call you out for not paying attention to the circumstances.
After the run around, I started to consider that the suggestions were more to confuse than to assist.
Contacted grx, verified that the price was accurate on their end for 6 viles.
I've been getting filled here for some time, never had an error in price.

Natalie the pharmacist is rude and nasty. I have been a customer there for 8 years and have never been treated so poorly as I was today. I was told my prescription will get filled when it gets filled. That was at 9:30 this morning. If you hate your job find another one. No need to take it out on your patients.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. The female pharmacist suddenly decided to discontinue a med I had been on 6-12 months. I was falling asleep everywhere! driving etc. (my doc fixed it all) That's terrifying! What if she stopped one of my anticonvulsants?!

Getting somebody on the phone's there is difficult, even when you do the Pharmacist his very rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend Avoiding this location and any other publix pharmacy.

I’ll start by saying the staff is nice in person when I go in. The line moves quickly and they’re usually polite.The service over the phone on the other hand is not great. Every time I call in, I get hung up on, sent to hold for 15+ minutes, or sent to voicemail.If they’re busy that’s one thing, but how hard is it to answer the phone and say “we’re busy, can you call back?”

I’ve been getting a particular medication at Publix now for almost a year when suddenly the female pharmacist decided she did not feel comfortable filling my prescription anymore even though the insurance approved it and my doctor wrote it a certain way she just didn’t want to fill it and asked if I wanted to transfer it. I’ve never heard of a pharmacist not filling someone’s legitimate prescription because they didn’t feel comfortable if that’s the case you have the wrong job, you’re not a doctor you’re just a pharmacist so stop playing one

Only Publix in Florida that has rude employees. Specifically in the pharmacy. Always act like it's a bother to answer the phone. But they're a lot cheaper than Walgreens or CVS so I'll deal with it.

What a disgusting experience. The female pharmacist in day shift is rude and entitled. Having been a pharmacist at walgreens for years, I know my pharmaceutical laws and my rights. I also know when someone is inspecting me over a tattoo or rolling their eyes because thankfully I'm not blind. I've been a loyal customer of Publix for 15 years and will never use Publix again. Natalie should be fired and forced to retake her board exams

Don’t come to this pharmacy they are rude and disrespectful and believe they have no one in the store that can tell them they are rude. It’s sad you come here to the store and the manager does nothing but say oh he is not from my store he is just helping out and allow someone to be disrespectful. Not the pharmacist or store manager apologized for how that helped in pharmacy treated me like if I was a nobody to be dismissed. I’m Hispanic and the other guys are white and that’s why I got treated the way I did . I’m going to file a complaint for racism for being a Hispanic and female amongst all the guys who did nothing to correct that guys. It’s sad that is how I got treated today.
