Your website shows that you're open till 7:30 on Saturdays. I may disabled man that walked a mile to your store last night. When I got to the door it was 5:58 p.m. the door was locked. Customers were still in the store. Yet the employees would not let me in. It's easy to tell on disabled by all the braces I wear. So basically they gave me the tough luck signal. For one it was before 6:00. With your website says you close at 7:30. Two I'm a disabled man who walked clear up to your parts store. And was refused to be let in a couple minutes before 6:00. P.m. and again I will remind you that your website says 7:30. But I was even there a couple minutes before your new closing time. And every one of them people in there were too lazy to help one more customer before they went home. And it was obvious the registers were not cashed out because there were still a customer in there buying his stuff. All I had to do was go pick up a brake line. Knew exactly what I needed would have took me not 5 minutes. But you're lazy staff obviously aren't worried about your customer service more worried about them getting home on a Saturday night I suppose. You got the wrong time on your website. I still showed up a couple minutes before closing time. And they would not let me in or help me. And there was still customers in there! Trust me I will be telling everybody about my experience at your sorry customer service parts store

Not bad. I tried O'Reilly because of the above and beyond service they gave to my daughter several months ago. They replaced a part that was purchased out of state. I went there and a young lady waved me over to her station. To be honest, she looked way to young to have any creditability. But, she stepped up to the plate, ask some smart questions. Got the right parts. She discussed a couple of options and made the sell. I paid $8.38 more that what another company quoted over the phone, but I walked away believing I am getting what I really needed. Now I really understand why my daughter and Son-in-Law go to O'Reilly's. I also will be back. Thanks

lazy, and disrespectful. I called the store a few minutes before closing to inquire on some information for a part for my car a woman answers the phone and after giving her the info she hangs up on me. I call back this time a man answers and explain what happens and he hangs up. Needless to say I won't be shopping at O'Reilly's again

Sandra from store at 5003 Lee blvd was on her way out of the door ;she was done for the day, she stopped and helped my wife and i to buy a battery for our car, she is a vecry good asset to the company customer service at its best!!!

I'm on vacation from Kentucky and unfortunately had automotive problems..luckily I was at this O'Reilly's. Osvaldo went above and beyond with professionalism and customer service. The kind of employee who cares and takes so much pride in his work that he turned what should have been a stressful hiccup in our vacation into a very manageable situation. The manager Sandra went out of her way to make sure my kids were out of the sun and hydrated while I changed parts and got the car fixed. Truly a blessing to find such courteous and professional people. From one vet to another...thanks Ozzy (Osvaldo).
