So rude and inconsiderate. The girl helping me must have assumed I don't understand Spanish. She was on the phone our entire transaction w her boyfriend on speaker. I purchased a new phone for my son drive all the back to Cape and she didn't put SIM card in. Rude, Racist and has 0 customer service. This behavior is appalling and should not be allowed while working

Went in with a broken phone looking for a replacement. They told me my phone would not turn on because I hadn't updated it even though i told them i updated it regularly. They attempted a factory reset and said it would be fine once it finished updating. I returned before I left the parking lot and they eventually agreed that the phone would need to be replaced.

Yaima is amazing she was able to get me a better deal on a upgraded phone within mins of being in her store. She was friendly and helping mulitipule customers at the same time .This girl needs a GM position . I will only go to this metro from here on ...

Worst customer service e ever. The lady talk to you with no respect. Hope the store work on getting better at this. As a customer you deserve respect and fair treatment .

I switched to another company after this awful experience that I had....!!!! I forgot the mask..so I told them if they had one for me to use..and they said no..sorry we can't have people unmasked inside the store...so..guess what...I left the store..they lost a costumer and a good sale!!!!bye bye metro pcs!!!..since when costumer service became so disrespectful??????!!!

The girl in there on 4-18-21 was rude. She refused service because of my disability. I will never go there again and will pass the word along to all my customers and on social media.

Horrible! I'm 61, I've bought a lot of cell phones in my life, but this was the worst experience ever!! Smart alleck little girl, that needs to be fired, has no manners or social skills! I stopped in to buy a new phone, but now it will be with a new carrier!
