Saturday January 20th! She went to change from one phone to another and the person who helped me said the phone did not read the SIM card, however I went to another Metro PCS and they helped me very well, they just changed my SIM and that's it.

I DON'T KNOW WHERE OR HOW THE FEMALE AT THIS LOCATION MADE MANAGEMENT BUT SHE HAS BEEN AT THIS STORE FOR AWHILE & HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE MOST NASTY ATTITUDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SHE SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE IN A BAD MOVE TODAY I ONLY WANTED TO PAY CELL BILL & THE YOUNG MAN ASK IF SHE'S TAKING THE PAYMENT & IT WAS A ROUGH NO NO I'VE BEEN TAKING PAYMENTS ALL DAY NOT TAKING ANYMORE IS THIS WHO YOU WANT TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY? This review is about Metropcs as a whole this company is horrible I have had service with them for 7 years and for 7 years I only had 1 bar at home and 3 bars of service outside my home no matter where I traveled, I never had 4G or 5G I purchased a IPhone 12 mini and now that I am leaving the companyI find out the phone is locked I bought this phone in 2020 why is it locked?I keep calling customer service for them to unlock my phone so I can go to another carrier and they keep giving me the run around I have no choice but to file a complaint with the FCC because they are holding my phone hostage.Pay close attention to Jason’s response, he offered absolutely no solution and his response essentially summarizes how customer care is non existent at this company.

These people suck that work here I thought I was getting the 2 lines for $80 but when my bill came I had a $13.50 hidden charge on my bill that the lady never told me about. Metro needs to do better and stop scamming people.

Just so everyone know, you do not have to add insurance to any line to get a promotion on any device. The people here won’t sell you anything if you don’t add the insurance. Example: the iPhone 11 is free when you’re switching from another carrier with the qualifying rate plan which is 65 and your i.d to validate the account. No insurance is required. The people here are very rude and they treated us like we were fools and refused us as customers switching over simply over not wanting insurance. I went down the street to the metro on homestead and the girls confirmed that you don’t have to put any insurance to get the phone I wanted.

Best customer experience I have ever received in my life. Abe sets an example for other workers! Can’t believe that he isn’t the manager. Helped us tremendously, and is incredibly nice. Hope more people are like Abe.
