I Went to the Metro on 50 Joel Boulevard Unit 101 my sales rep was Laura sales rep number 1115 she helped me get my daughter's first phone she was really great help me out and answer every question that I had and she's bilingual I recommend if you go there ask for Laura I definitely will be using her again here in the near future

These people are thieves. They tell you one thing and try to steal from you. My plan is supposed to include 10 GB of mobile data for hotspot. When I tether my Chromebook or another phone to it it says, no internet service. I called and the useless people told me mobile hotspot data is not included. Even though it shows on my Metro app that I have 10 GB of hotspot data. They want to charge me another $15 a month to use what I should already have according to my Metro app. These people are thieves and I would go with mint mobile or somebody else because they're going to steal from you. Attached is a screenshot of my Metro page. Notice at the bottom it says 0 use of 10 GB mobile hotspot data. Apparently they can't read.
