Its a pawn shop when in talked to the staff learn more about the processes and took care of business. Upfront with everything. No beating around the bush. Just strait forward.

I won a bid for a pistol that I've been trying to find & decided to have it shipped to Lehigh Pawn & Jewelry since it's only 10 minutes away from my house. When I called to get information, I was informed that I would receive a tracking number from the person I purchased the weapon from, & then I would have to pay a $26.30 transfer fee & do a background check at the pickup location. I went first thing in the morning & told the gentleman at the front desk that I ordered a weapon that was scheduled to be delivered there & that I came to pay my transfer fee & submit my background check. He immediately started laughing & raised his voice with me to say "you can't just come in here without the weapon being delivered, that's not how it works. I don't know who you think you are." I was taken back by his response & tone of voice. He proceeded to tell me that he "doesn't know who I spoke with that led me to believe that I could do this." I informed him that I've never ordered a weapon before, I've only made in store purchases so that I was unaware & it wasn't clearly explained on their end that I had to wait for the pistol to arrive before I could pay my fee & complete my background check. I also let him know that I didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to me over a simple misunderstanding. The gentleman told me that he speaks to "over 5,000 people a day and no one ever complains." He then proceeded to tell me that since I'm a woman, my background check with automatically be approved because it's a political thing. He also said that if I had plans on killing someone today, I would have to wait 3 days until my background check was completed to follow through with my "crime." I've never experienced such an unprovoked, disrespectful, discriminatory interaction in my entire life.

So this was a bad experience. Extremely rude. Owner is a nice guy but employee has no customer service. And believe it or not I changed his flat tire and he seemed to forget I helped him out at one point. Do not I repeat do not shop here. You will be disappointed. I came in to spend $1500 and I'm glad I did not. Thanks

This guy sold my fiance a gold chain for 800 dollars weighing 15.3 grams. Gold is 33 per gram right now. My fiance took it back and asked for at least 600 back because he ripped him off and the guy said no. He told him to go to capital pawn. What a joke

Wow... The guy behind the counter was quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever met. I will never do business with these people, ever. You don’t address new customers with “what?”. It’s amazing they’re even open with the awful customer service they provide. First impressions are everything and this guy doesn’t seem to understand that.
