Went to buy two tires and allowed these people to talk us into buying four after they told us three were really bad. I didn't feel like it was as bad as they said but didn't want my wife driving with the risk I was being told existed. Bought four tires and three weeks later she had a flat because one tire was garbage. The ire had an expiration date of 2018.

Terrible attention and when you go with your right to claim something they even mistreat you, yesterday I went to change a rubber and I asked for a 10-ply one and it wasn't until today that I realized they put another one. Today I am going to complain and the person who helped me was horrible, telling me that I didn't have any more, I asked him that I then had to return the $ and he wanted to give me one in terrible condition and he told me that it was causing a lot of trouble, in the end I had to call 911 and just like that the owner appeared telling me that he would change it

The first time I went I had a better experience than the second time. All within a two month period. I paid and waited less and didn't have to take the old tire with me. I guess it depends on what time of the day you go and which girl in the office you get.

I appreciate this biz so much. I couldn’t find anyone near port Charlotte at all to fix my cracked rim. I was referred to them by another tire shop and these guys came through. They took in my car immediately when I got there and fixed it and didn’t even overcharge me. Plus they gave me a military discount. Thank you again sooo much!!!!

Reception lady says wait a min, put me on hold and then drops the call. Keep calling for 10 min until i get her back and she says call back in an hour if you want to talk to someone else… unreal ?

Helpful and quick service with follow-up when issues post plug
However, they would have caught that my tire valve was also an issue, but they did not check the whole tires water seal. Since I initially came in for a nail, I needed fixed, but they worked with me when I came back after having flat after it was plugged.
But overall, they had great customer service.
