ALL PROFESSIONALS BEWARE - This company is one of the most dishonest and completely lacks any corporate integrity. Let me tell you my story and see if you dont agree.I was recruited by their staff HR recruiter for a senior engineering role at the Inovo LeHigh Acres FL facility. After 5 telephone interviews (each one an hour or more in length) with management from my new boss to the VP, finally I was asked to come for an in-person interview. Since I was out of state it required air travel, hotel and rental car expenses. The Inovo HR recruiter asked me if I would mind charging all expenses to my personal credit card which after totalization and submission of a formal expense report she/they would issue me a check for full reimbursement. (This should have been the first red flag for me!)I was excited for a new position outside my normal automotive design responsibilities and accepted their invitation for the interview and traveled to Florida.After meeting with many different people throughout the organization the ongoing interview went well into the evening. I returned home the next day and reflected on all I had seen and heard. Overall, things went well in Florida, although in the end both parties agreed I was not the right person for the position. I wish it had ended at that.As directed by the HR representative I retained all receipts, totalized them, entered the information into the Inovo expense report document along with all copies of receipts and submitted the package to the Inovo HR recruiter. Then I waited... A month later, nothing... Two months, nothing... three, six, even 12 months later nothing. During this time I made numerous calls to the HR recruiter along with various other members of Inovo management staff I had met with trying to get reimbursed. NOT ONE would accept my call, or answer my emails. After several months of nothing I even went so far as to contact the CEO and he too ignored me, but I was not surprised as this seems to be their way of business.The lesson to anyone looking at a position with INOVO or even purchasing their oxygen products; BEWARE, INOVO IS A LOW LIFE ORGANIZATION! This company will without conscious openly defraud and steal a few hundred dollars from an engineering candidate, make no mistake, they will steal or even worse to you!The hidden blessing was thankfully I recognized something was amiss at INOVO and didnt make the life changes getting stuck in such a company!
