My hubby and I needed a tow for our little Ford Ranger truck to our mechanic. We called our Geico insurance and they recommended this place. The receptionist who answered the phone was really courteous and kind. However, this driver that they sent was the polar opposite. Take a good look at this guy. He is very rude and nasty. He didn't give his name. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him when my hubby said hello. No response, extremely gruff. The receptionist asked if we would be riding with the driver. We had told the receptionist that we would be following the tow truck driver to our. Mechanic. When my hubby told the driver that we wanted to follow him, he sped off like a bat from you know where. Jeez! Good thing we didn't ride with him. We may not ever be seen from again. The two stars is because we had a good experience with the receptionist, I wanted to give more stars but just couldn't. I'm sorry but that driver needs to get training on customer service. If you get this company to tow your vehicle, and you get this guy, be prepared.

This is a Friendly, Courteous and Honest repair shop!! Fast and down to earth! Excellent workmanship, looks better than new!! Thanks Joe!
