Hi, On May 2,2024 I went to Allstate in Lehigh Acres. I met Ivana Hernandez, I got my house,and cars insurance. I paid with my credit card, well she charge the cars to the credit card, and charge the house to my bank account .Which I said to her don't charge to the bank account, cause all I have is $200. Well I got my papers, and left.But 4 days later I got a text from the house insurance Slide that I only had 3 days to pay or will be canceled. So I call Ivana, but she wasn't in . I called Slide and pay . The next day I called Ivana , she told me that she would call me back.She told me that she didn't know what had happened, and didn't know why they charge me $25 more.I let it go, but the next day I saw my bank account statement and I was charged $29 more for insufficient funds. I went to see her at office, she told me that I will get a credit card. Well later on I received call from some else, she said that I was not getting anything back. Because I should have realized the charge to my bank account. Again I explained to her that I told Ivana that I was disabled for 3 years, and waiting for my disability check. Well I ask to speak to Mr. Shuman, and I wad told he was to busy. So Yesterday I emailed him and so far no response. So please don't go to Allstate in Lehigh acres and Cape Coral. Thank you

I called the insurance I wanted to know how much the next payment would be and Glendimar helped me lower the price by adding discounts available to me and explaining the coverage very well, grateful to Allstate

Very disappointing. They sell insurance that they don’t even know, the are not straightforward about fees, renewals, amongst other things. Please don’t trust what they say and always read contracts and what you are signing. I have been with many insurances and they are top one thieves.

I've had the distinct pleasure of working with Gabby Soto for the past week on my FL auto insurance. She has been patient, professional and proficient in every communication. This has been a difficult, multi state transaction and she hung in there with every detail. As the owner of two companies, I know the rarity of such a valued team member. She's Allstate's best asset! I found her service to be incomparable. Highly recommend.

Any questions I have, I emailed David. I never every get a response or a call.Also, I have auto pay and it’s always getting messed up, nobody calls and let’s me know that my payments haven’t been going thru and now I owe a lot so my monthly payments gone up like 100/200 more monthly to make up the payments.The communication isn’t great.
