This pharmacy is the worst. They are always difficult to deal with. I had a script from my dentist printed out and sent electronically for ammoxicillin and they told me that they couldn't fill it because it was printed, they needed a signed copy which was strange to me because I've filled a bunch of scripts this way even narcotics. My dentist said it was strange as well, but did it for me it just took me an extra day and an extra trip into fort myers. Then I tried to have a script transferred from the cape coral cvs to this one and it took 3 tries of me giving them the info and calling both stores to get it correct. I was given attitude by the pharmacist here like it was an extreme burden for them when I was just trying to get my script closer to me. Anytime I try to use my single care app, I am given attitude and treated like I'm a huge inconvenience. I just hate going there now because I feel like even though I transferred my business to them and they should be happy to have gained a customer, they treat me like I've done something wrong and it makes me regret even using them. I hope no one else has had to experience this.

I waited almost 2 hrs to get a prescription filled that was called in 3days prior. Not only that the pharmacist ask me to wait 15 minutes to get this done 2hrs later they taught they ran out but someone found some in the back!!!!
So I sat there waiting while the pharmacy manager flirted with the pharmacist and the cashier had to be the one to mix the medication right at the counter…
CVS do better.

I wish they could get it together and just fill my prescriptions on time three separate occasions. I’ve had to call other CVS to find out if they have the medication that I need going as far as Estero, but my company makes me use them.

They are so disorganized there & whole building smells like Mold. Anyone who 5-stars is an employee.

Horrible store. Nothing is organized. They are out of basics like baking soda. People and teenagers lingering around while you are trying to complete your shopping. The dog food I had to ask where it was located - all the way at the back of the store in a little corner. No quality dog food WHATSOEVER.
My dog has sensitive skin and diet- I feed him fish kibble. They had 0 fish kibble or beef. Honestly it’s depressing I had to buy him food that will probably make his skin suffer as I just wanted to purchase him some kibble asap.
It’s a zoo in there and I will never be back in there for the rest of my life. Please look at the reviews for this location and make some adjustments.

One star is too many. Curse words are not strong enough. This CVS is awful. I am going to change to another pharmacy even further from my house because this paricular place sucks.

I just picked up my perscriptions thru the drive-thru tonight at CVS 1350 Lee blvd and I had to pull over and take a moment to write a little something about the help I received. Amber was so amazing!! I couldn't find my FSA card I had used here last week, she took the time and she looked thru the lost and found. No luck :( but she was very thorough. She also warned me of new medications that needed to be taken a few hours apart (which not even my Dr told me). I was so impressed by her caring and professional service, i just couldnt leave the parking lot without taking a moment to acknowledge amazing service. Thank you Amber you really changed my outlook today with your kindness and compassion.
