Horrible call with them. The guy was condenscending and clearly didnt have knowledge of modern computer hardware. (Not knowing that some b550 motherboards need a bios update to support the new 5th gen ryzen processors) asked if he could do a bios update numerous times. Only for him to be confused with what im saying and then at the end saying that no other hardware store would be able to do it. What do you know? Literally the next place i called told me that they have a 3rd gen ryzen processor available to put in if my motherboard doesnt work with its current bios.

This place is terrible. I went to Unit B1, and spoke with a man named Bob. He was very rude and seems to be always confused about something. I asked about each item he had for sale, and he brushed me off and wouldn't sell me anything. I think it was because I was black. Will NEVER go back to that fleamarket again and DON'T recommend it to anyone.

Took computer in and in 10 minutes it was fixed. It was just a sound problem but none the less fixed and very reasonable.
