“This bank has a great location.. BUT!! It can get heavy busy on Fridays. Do your business before 2pm. Customer service reps are great but their customer help area and greeting system of needs work! No one really greats you or signs you in when reach the branch like I'm accustomed to in Miami branches. I love Wells Fargo and have been with them for years over Chase and BOA. This branch needs some help in organization and maybe 2 more employees to move the processes along. Can't loose customers to inadequate employment help. Revamp your game please!”
