My car battery was dead, I went in searching for one not really knowing how things were going to go. Thankfully, I was greeted and attended by Alby who gave off not only a welcoming vibe, but a caring one and ready to help. She made the experience very easy and went above and beyond with her customer service skills. After a bad couple of days of car troubles, thanks to Alby all was well again.

Bryan at Autozone, 1221- Lehigh Acres, was such a great help to me and my “car care” adventure. He helped me understand how and when to change my oil filters and air filters. He showed me where on my car to find specific vehicle information for maintenance and/ or repairs.
He was kind and helpful throughout the process. I am glad he was there willing and able to listen to my questions.

I came to auto zone in Lehigh acres because I needed a new battery. They all answered all my questions I had. Andi from auto zone was the one that changed my car battery in less than 20 minutes. He was quick and effective with all that he did. If you ever need your battery changed I recommend auto zone and ask for Andi!

Came here with a literal dead battery and was stressing the whole time I’m a young car owner and Andy helped me with a battery installation saving me from this severe heat. Got me a great warranty for the pricing that a dealership would’ve swindled me for and was funny.
