I've applied to aldis for a couple of years now, any time I wanted a new job, or was looking for one I would apply, I've only gotten one interview which was last week and not even at this location, also I just want to add that their way of communication is horrible, cause they don't call, they just email you, and it's an email you can't respond to cause it's automated, and good luck trying to find a phone number that works in case you wanted to call them to say, "hey I applied and want to work" and if you go in person it's always the manager isn't here, ok but every time though?? Every time they're never here??? It's just baffling and shows the level of unprofessionalism them have which is low, to put it simple they suck and are the worst when it comes to interviews, out of all the interviews I've ever been on they have to be the wrose, first off if you get lucky to get an interview with them, they expect you to have a pen and note pad to take notes, they want you to bring a printed version of your resume, (as if all of that stuff isn't online anymore) I don't under stand how they can tell folks go apply online, especially when you ask "where can I apply" or "can I hand my resume in to apply", then demand a paper resume for the interview on top of that, they send you a link that they want you open and learn more about the company history of Aldis are you guys serious???? Worst part of all of this, is finding out it was a group interview, not a one on one, so I get there, and they have people just standing outside going into the front area of Aldis to conduct the interview, again out of all the interviews I've been to, never have I seen a business conduct interviews in such a way, not even mom and pop shops, so I waited like ten minutes cause there was ten people ahead of me point being is the interviews only lasted one minute I drove a hour round trip for one minute of their time, truly a waste of time and gas, mind you I was told that they'll call me to schedule a one on one appointment which ok cool key word CALL.... Yea well three days go by, and I get an automated email saying that they decided to proceed with other candidates, which is fine other people need jobs, and it's not the first time I've been passed on a job, but the way they conduct interviews is horrible, at least the process is, and for the most part I know they are under staffed, people complain all the time that they are and they they customer service is always horrible well add horrible interview process to the list, that's probably the explanation to why the store always seems empty with no staff, and I have experience in management, retail, coustomer service, cash handling and stocking, so there's no way I'm unqualified, all I applied for was to be a stock person, so bye the end of my one minute interview, I was told that yes they have different positions posted, but if hired I'll be doing all tasks not only what I applied for, and I'll be cross trained for other jobs.... which is cool and I have no issue with that its a job, but it feels deciving, and that shows from the start, that you aren't a trust wothy company when it comes to your employees and you don't care either

Shopping at ALDI'S is fun and enjoyable. Also, you have that peace of mind you don't find anywhere else. Give ALDI'S a try, and you should not regret it, and your wallet will love you.

The best pricing around for staple groceries such as milk, eggs, canned vegetables, frozen vegetables, baking needs, breakfast foods, cheeses, etc etc etc. Shop there every week.

Here you can get your weekly purchases at a good price but I don't know what happens with the products, you can't find them or they don't have them, I don't know what happens
