Whoever was working around 12:20 am today was the most unprofessional, unable to communicate in English, loud and intimidating employees I have ever experienced. I will not return to this 7-11! Someone needs to be there to oversee what they are doing to customers and they also should be able to communicate and handle a situation instead of trying to charge for something you did not have.

I move the young lady Terry that works there, she always makes my daughter smile and asks what she can help with. We live very close and always walk so it's nice seeing a friendly face all the time.

This place is well known for always having card skimmers. It has been like this for YEARS! There is no way this is not an inside job at this point. The owner is an awful, rude man. The worker that wears the vest & lifts is AMAZING and so kind.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. Katrina and Paul who work the overnight shift use drugs while on shift, close the store to use said drugs, and swear and berate other employees and customers both behind their backs and to their face. The manager Sharon runs her home like a halfway house, sheltering employees who she promotes and makes them pay her for staying there. Katrina complained to management that Paul SA'd and harassed her and management did nothing because she (manager) shelters Paul the assaulter. Katrina now has stockholm syndrome, and regularly allows Paul to touch her despite having a boyfriend. This place makes Jerry Springer look normal by comparison. STAY FAR AWAY. ZERO STARS.

I am very loyal customer to this chain of food company and I had a very very bad experience I had an Uber order that I ordered and the cashier that went to pick up when he went to pick up my order the cashier was very rude she threw the water the case of water to him and told him to pick the water by himself that she was not going to pick it she didn't want to do her job at all she was very rude very unprofessional and very nasty to my Uber driver I would like to this this to be taken in consideration for future customers because me being a loyal customer I would never come back to this location or purchase anything at all at this location my business is out of hereI didn't catch her name because I wasn't the one picking up the order it was a Uber driver but if she doesn't like her job which was a female short female tan if she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be working this chain of customer service very frustrated at the moment but my wife

One of their employees is a scammer. She is a young black female with pink plaits in her hair. She is basically skimming the pump. You pay for a certain amount and she puts less pocketing the $!! Example put 70 she will turn on pump for 60! When I was there 3 ppl came in and complained and she played “clueless”. Then had attitude

This 7 11 is also a Sunoco and doesn't take 7/11 #s at the pump. Receipts come out half the time.

Please be wary of what you are buying and what you are paying at this store. Prices in their system are different than the prices that they put out on the shelves. When you tell them that there's a difference they're going to tell you you have to pay what's in the system or buy nothing at all. The two employees that are working Saturday morning are very rude and untrained. There is not a manager on duty nor an assistant manager that will be able to help you if you run into these problems.

Not only is their coffee nasty, they don't have plant based coffee Creamer or even sell plant based milk in their store. And the cashiers look at you like you're crazy when asking if they sell any. Never going back to this particular 7 eleven.

Jalynsia is AWESOME!!! YOU NEED TO GIVE HER A RAISE SHE IS THE FRIENDLIEST CASHIER I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AND SHE'S THE ONLY REASON WHY I STOP AT THE STORE :))
