As a client, it is disturbing to have faith in an institution that pushes your concerns to the “back burner” and make it seem as if a tech issue on the banks system is your fault; when it is not. Spoke to multiple bankers, customer service reps, managers, “escalation teams”; and it is all the same. No one knows or understands what to do as communication is not effectively shared with one another, but more so just passed along. When multiple representatives state the error is not on me but the bank all while stating that our conversations are “on a recorded line”. I find it hard to believe that I am still going through this. That’s a problem. When the escalation teams provides you with directions to get an indemnity form from the bank, but both the staff members and other “escalation” partners have not seen nor heard of this form before; this is a problem. When staff memebers in the branch plays “hide the manager” so that you cannot follow up with the person who told you to come and speak to them. That’s a problem. A month later and I am still waiting just getting a form so that I can recover my funds that Wells Fargo will not provide; yet tells me to come in to the center and get. In respect of all the employees who have assisted me or the lack thereof, I have not placed any names in either of my complaints in reviews. But this is starting to become a reoccurring factor if poor customer service, urgency, and transparency of plan of action.

I had a Wells Fargo Active Cash credit card, I cancelled it and will never use a Wells Faro product again. Every time I went to make a payment using a non Wells Fargo account it took about 5 minutes, I had to re enter all my bank onto. Any other credit card this is done automatically and instantly but they want only there banking customers to have the convenience of making a payment quickly and easily

Terrible customer service. The lobby wasn't open, and the drive through staff gave a very rude answer when I asked when it might be open again. Do not waste your time here. The headache is not worth it. There is another branch a couple miles down the road that consistently provides much better service. Even the ATM by the front door has better customer service than the staff.

Apparently needs more staff to function as a business. At least that's what the teller told us. Will probably never go to this location again. Please hire more staff-preferably one's with customer service in their background.

Do not waste your time here! Waited over an hour and no help! People are leaving because they are waiting so long! The bankers here are the absolute most rudest people I have ever delt with! I will absolutely be canceling my card as well as the rest of my family!! NEVER BANK HERE!

This is the worst bank ever I would not ever do any more business with Wells Fargo Bank again. My husband died and they won't even give me my $139.00 that was in there. All that was ever put in it was his Va check from VA every month. Told me go to probate. That will cost more to do that. Thanks WELLS FARGO FOR YOUR CONDOLENCES!!!! WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE THAT MONEY TO HELP PAY FOR MY CONDOLENCES OF FUNERAL COST

I work 5 minutes from this place, the company I work for has an account with wells fargo, so they send me here to get change. I usually spend at least 20 to 25 minutes waiting, whether I wait in the drive thru or go inside. As I type I have been waiting in the commercial lane behind another car for over 5 minutes, there is no one else in the drive thru except for our two cars. The employees at this bank are very slow, I have stood behind a customer listening to the employee have a full blown conversation with them while 3 or 4 of us stood there waiting. This bank is rediculous, I do not recommend it!

If you value your time, don't bother wasting it here. I've been in there 3 times in the past week and a half to get a new card (since they failed to mail it out for over a month) and I waited WAY too long to be seen. Ended up leaving all three times. Especially because no one had the nerve to even acknowledge we were sitting there forever. I'll never use this branch again
