Store lights inside feel like they are draining my energy while I shop. Lines to self checkout are usually a little unorganized.

This walmart location staff are very rude and treat customers like they are stupid or don't know better. I had a very bad experience to many times, with customer service and pickup! I'm truly unhappy with the treatment and service of these people. I honestly thought walmart was better than this, but I was very wrong.

I like this store over the Mt Dora store. Garden center is nicer. They seem to have a slightly better display of furniture.

Once you improve the work environment for employees then you will be worth 5 stars. There should be ZERO tolerance for workplace bullying and harassment. I have seen with my own eyes cashiers being shamed and talked down to in front of customers. Do better, be better, be kinder. If you are that miserable, go work somewhere else, alone, Remote at home where you can't bother other humans with your anger and hatred. If the store manager tolerates this, then they are just has guilty of creating a sad and stressful work environment. Good luck to the employees who are always so nice. I'm sorry you have to deal with people who are on a power trip and make everyone around them miserable. ALSO- TURN ON THE AC AND GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A COMFORTABLE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.

I live central to Leesburg and Mount Dora Walmarts, so I go to both, depending on which area im in when I've gotta stop to get something.
But between the 2 stores, I've never had issues at all with any Mount Dora Walmart employee, but at the Leesburg Walmart, I have encountered several rude and pretty unprofessional workers in just the past year alone. A couple of them were so rude (different trips to that store) that I really almost couldn't bite my tongue in response to their unnecessarily rude behavior, but I'm far better than to reduce myself to behave like they did in return. Another worker I over heard talking badly about 1 customer to another customer and both made zero attempts to not be heard by the one they'd been talking about either. And then there's also the number of people I know, but also strangers I've met within my own work dealing with the public, who've all shared very similar story about this very store & how they always feel watched like they are thieves while shopping. I myself have even stopped using a purse & now only carry in my small wallet, which had made that issue far less apparent while I shop there, but it's ridiculous that they've made their customers feel so uncomfortable shopping there. No one likes to feel worried they may one day become embarrassed by being accused of something they didn't do, let alone in front of a store full of strangers.
It's gotten to the point that I think I'll go to Mount Dora or even past Leesburg just to shop stress free & comfortably moving forward.

My main Walmart destination. Customer service is so so. Some are friendly some are not. Usually is a clean environment too. And since I go every other day I believe I get stared at a lot, but hey it's right by my house lol ? what can I say?
