I wish all Walgreens employees were like Natasha and all the managers were like Maria and, I'm not sure of the male managers name, they are always working hard, but are willing to stop and help customers whenever they can. They make shopping here truly pleasant!
Update October 2024, I tried to shop at this location, when I approached the registers I went to the one where I knew the register rewards were printing from the last time I went. I was redirected by an employee to go to the other register at which time I asked if the rewards were printing from that machine, she replied yes, and the manager Sandy, who was at the register where the rewards were definitely printing, left the register and went into the store. I purchased my items and the rewards DID NOT print. I told the cashier who didn't know what a register rewards was, so I asked her to call the manager back up to the register because she knows what they are. I explained to Sandy what was going on and she very rudely said she can't do anything and began giving me a million excuses why she couldn't honor the sale which was both in the ad and marked on the shelf, one being that she contacted "them" about the machines not printing but " they" didn't fix it yet. But had no explanation on why she heard me ask if the machine was printing and did not tell me before I made my purchase that it was NOT!
This store does not honor the sale ad.

Cashier refused to load money card . Said new policy is in place because of scamming also would not give her name said she is not permitted to give it out. Calling cooperate on this matter . That's absolutely ridiculous very rude. 8:10 pm on 9/30/2024

Best location in a 20 mile radius. Busy but handle it friendly, professionally and swiftly. Hard to find pet food supplies in stock but always find something that will work.

The other Walgreens in The Villages would not let us do walk-in flu shots even though the signs on the door state the contrary. Called Walgreens down on picciola and citrus and they said come on down we'll do it as you walk in. Nice Folks at the pharmacy.

This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. We recently moved to the area, and have had to pick up medications for our son 3 times. EVERY single time there is an issue. I call in the medication, get a call that it is available to be picked up, and then once I get there they DONT have it ready and claim that it was never called in. What a joke! Not to mention, we’re typically there no less than 30 minutes waiting because they are so inefficient. Probably because they don’t bother to get anyones meds ready and then call and tell them to pick up!

I strongly caution everyone to stay away from this pharmacy unless you enjoy working with people that are rude, unhelpful, and refuse to fix their own mistakes. The pharmacist by the name of "Teck" is absolutely the worst. After giving my husband the wrong prescription, she refused to do anything at all to help me. She literally said, "there's nothing I can do." To be fair, she did end up fixing this for us later after getting corporate involved, but this was well after she was rude and disrespectful and refused to help initially. On her own, she wasn't willing to lift a single finger to fix the mistake that she made. This isn't the first incident we've had with her. She is consistently unwilling to help customers, rude, and the opposite of helpful. This is not the kind of service that people in need of medication should be receiving! I know I'm not the only person who has had this issue either, as I've watched others get upset with her. I hope that whoever is in charge of her will see this and at a minimum give her some retraining in the art of customer service. The lady claiming to be the manager at this location also needs some retraining, as her response to me was "I will pretend to look into this, but if you were already told no the answer won't change." NOT the way to talk to someone frustrated that they can't get life saving, necessary medication for someone they love!

They decided to change their hours but did not post it anywhere. I really needed to get a prescription for my mother for a procedure tomorrow, ran there and got to their pick up window exactly seven o'clock. The pharmacist was still there but refused to even talk to me and closed the window in my face. You know who you are and you will get it back from life. Now my mother has to postpone her procedure again because of the lack of your humanity. Really bad service.
